Terrible company, rude staff, and unreasonable to deal with. Having recently moved out of a condo that these people manage, I can tell you they're one of the most difficult companies you'll ever deal with. They'll tell you it's ok to do something, then turn around and charge you astronomical fees for doing it, while claiming that they never gave you
permission to do it in the first place.
When you talk to Valroca on the phone, it's clear their staff just don't care about you, nor do they care to do a good job. Our condo board pays them huge management fees, and they have nothing to show for the money - just rude staff, huge charges and fines levied for trivial things, and whole lot of red tape. If you're a condo board looking for a management company, do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY FROM VALROCA!!!
