Props to Reena for a very successful event.  I wish I could have stayed longer and gone to Cedar Cottage, but I had other commitments.

I was impressed with how fast the dosas were coming out despite how busy they were in there.  They were very accommodating of the large group, too.  Thanks, HoDs!

I enjoyed meeting new people, as always, and having some wonderful discussions.  Yelpers are so nice.

    Cheers, Reena!

Can't beat the price and the service is top knotch even though they get packed on this day of the week.

They just keep on doing what they do best and that is serve the Dosa's.

We had two between the three of us and I wasn't partial to the seafood one.
I guess I am kinda picky. but really liked the Shrimp one.

Loved the Chicken 65 and the Pakora's.

    Great event UYE Master Reena!

Great to meet everyone and meet some of the newer Yelpers that I hadn't had the chance to before.

For an even on such short notice, this was terrrrrrrrifffffic!
Missed the post UYE , sorry guys!

I had a great time catching up with Yelpers and Yelpettes last night over cheap dosas!  My bf and I shared a paper masala dosa, which are huge and it only cost us in total $6!

This event was posted last minute/with short notice so I was surprised at the incredible responses of "I'm Ins" and wasn't sure how the restaurant would accomodate us on their busiest day. But they managed to get a table for 11 of us, which was also the final number of who all showed up. Not too shabby, if I might say so myself.

The nightcap at the Cedar Cottage Pub was good to relax with a few yelpers after the hustle and bustle of HoD. They even have a fireplace!

It was a nice way to spend a Monday evening.

It was nice to be out with a Yelping crew, good to meet a couple I hadn't met before as well. I was worried we would end up with too large of a group and create stress for the servers but they have a crowd on Mondays regardless, and everyone was relaxed.

For those that didn't make it out who had wanted to; no worries, there's ALways a next time!
Thanks again Reena for organizing, and to Cyndi for your guest appearance at Cedar Cottage Pub :D

Cheers to you all and have a good Dosa.

My work ended really late, 8pm! So by the time I got my butt there you were all gone!  I kinda figured that but I'd been waiting to get a dosa since the event was put in :p what a neat idea, cheap indian food.

It was really busy, no more Yelpers, so i got 2 to go, for $5.99 ea. hell yeah!  I got the lamb vindaloo and the mixed veggies, it also came with a really delicious soup.  My room smelled like vindaloo afterward!

I couldn't finish the second one...its Wednesday lunchtime and its veggie so imma go heat it up now. Thanks for the event I missed, it was still good for me!

    Another great event Reena!

We arrived early and ordered a couple of items. The Chicken 65 (lots of flavour), veggie pakora, and 2 dosas to share.

Got the mixed seafood one as well as a shrimp vinaldoo. Liked the Vinaldoo one more. A good portion to share.

Even though it was very busy, they kept our water glasses filled and accomodated our large party well. Got to meet some new Yelpers, which was great.

    Thanks Reena for organizing!
