Utopia has a great selection of shirts. I can't remember ever seeing anything offensive here; the shirts are all witty, funny, poignant, or a combination of those. When I was here last weekend I got a copy of a cowboy squirrel holding up another squirrel for an acorn (my second copy of the shirt) and a shirt that says "Silly shirt words are for books" for my friend in the book publishing industry.
Pretty much every time I walk by Utopia (which is frequently because it is along the main drag on Government St) I see shirts I want to buy displayed in the door. Sometimes they are shirts for me and often something I think will work great for a friend.
I've always had two problems at Utopia though. One is sizing. If you go from a medium to a large you basically go from a skinny reasonable length shirt to something for an NFL linebacker. And if you have a female friend who is tiny (say size 0-2) Utopia's woman's small is not that small and they don't carry XS. And then there is the price. Expect to pay upwards of $20 per shirt.
In the end because of the sizing issue and price I only end up buying shirts I really, really love. They could get much more of my money and supply a lot more of my wardrobe if they fixed those two issue. -

They have a lot of cool t-shirts in here. They are on average $25 a shirt. I ended up just buying a cute scarf. The owner/worker was very friendly and helpful. Def worth checking out.
