Doc Greg Usher is probably the best veterinarian in Toronto and I sincerely wish that I'd found him sooner.

    What makes him the best?

I've honestly never seen a vet have a better interaction with a canine as this.  During her visit, my dog had her nails clipped, two shots in the derriere, her ears and eyes probed, and a long thermometer shoved up her butt.  Even after all that, THIS is her favourite place.

She won't shut the hell out about how awesome it was.

I came home one night last week to find that she'd destroyed my pillow and arranged the feathers to spell G R E G.

Seriously, take your dog here, it's worth every loonie.

The Usher Animal Hospital has been absolutely wonderful to my cat!

When you walk in the Hospital, it doesn't even smell of animals (big bonus points here).  The place is completely clean and spotless.

The staff that work behind the desk are very helpful and kind.  Every time I walk in, they always call me "Mittens' Mom".  Even if I am running in to grab more cat food and Mittens is busy sleeping at home, they still remember me.

The vets are amazing. Very thorough and explain everything.  You do not feel intimidated at all.  What I really like is that when you go in to see the vet, they have a tech in there as well.  They are very patient, talk to the animal and have the kindest touch.

As Mittens has a very overactive thyorid, we have been in the vet's office a few times.  If I am taking him in just to have his blood tested, I can do so any Saturday between 1 & 2 pm and a tech will come take him and bring him back peaceful and calm.  You can also request to have your pet's nails trimmed, and they will do so for free.

The previous vet I took Mittens too, they would SHAVE him to withdraw blood and were wwaayy too rough with him.

The Usher Animal Hospital is pricey (as most vets are), but the way they treat Mittens, and their level of customer service, it is worth every penny.
