I went here for dine out Vancouver a couple years ago. The food was really tasty, but they are tapas proportions. I really liked the presentation style. The one thing I remember clearly though was that half the table ordered lobster bisque, and it was a little watery. The wine was good. I would actually go back here if I had the occasion to because it was a nice place to socialize with friends. And judging by the fact that they're still in business, I think they must be doing something right.

During the Olympics this place has lost its branding as a wine bistro only to have their signage covered up with a huge Canadian flag. Inside it's red and white decor and big TV screens are what you'll remember most. Everyone's in the mood to celebrate and have some fun. Servers are somewhat scarce, as are pint glasses apparently.
