Eric and Jimmy are great! I have purchased 4 computers from the South side store and have had wonderful service. Jimmy runs the west end store and is very helpful as well. This is not a front for a criminal organization. Donelle T's review should not be considered as with any electronic device there are many different parts and until the repair person has a chance to look at the device there is no way of knowing which part is required.

Maybe this is a front for a crime organization or something because given what I've seen, I don't know how these people stay in business. I had a repair job that I called about. The guy on the phone said, come on down, no problem. I took them my phone to fix, and a guy who I later found out didn't even work there tells me that they don't have the part and that he will call when the part comes in. A week goes by and I've heard nothing. I call and the guy says weeeeell you have to go to the other store anyway. I call the other store, which is called, "Uniway Computers & Auto Lighting Ltd," (hello - tipoff, not a great computer store) and talked to the guy there and decided it was worth driving the half hour because he said he could fix it while I waited. Well, you know how the story ends - getting stuck on Groat Road behind a fender bender, and I'm there at 6:10 looking at a sign that says Hours Monday- Friday something something - 6:30. From the quality of the customer service, I decided to take my phone to the I-Pod Repair Centre, 11419 106 Ave NW
