Excellent customer service and great follow up. Booking through Unity Travel makes traveling an effortless process. I dealt with Ivy Fong. She worked tirelessly to find me a great deal for my trip, and made sure all the paperwork was in order- from medical papers to hotel bookings.
Yes you might be able to save some money here and there by booking everything yourself, but if you're a busy person, this can be a big hassle and often leads to headaches when things don't work out; there are also deals that no everyone catches. Let Ivy or one of her staff members take care of everything. You don't want to remember on the airplane that you forgot to buy medical insurance (unfortunately it has happened before). When you're going on vacation, that's one less thing for you to worry about.
When I returned from my trip, I got a call from Ivy asking me how my trip was and if everything went well. She also called again later saying she was able to save me some more money while I was on my trip (don't ask me how this was done), so I got an even better in the end! Price is well worth the customer service.
