It's true that this place is a little grimy and it smells near the seafood department, but almost every Chinese supermarket is like that (as a Canadian-born Chinese, I'm used to it). On the weekends during lobster season, they have been known to have awesome sales - $6.99/lb for huge lobsters - they will even chop it up for you (and give you the roe!) if you're going to be stir-frying it. I've bought a massive 4-lb lobster here before for under $30!! The only thing is that they don't have a website/flyer, so you actually have to go there to find out if the lobster is on sale...

This place is a really good place if you are finding hard to find spices and foreign foods. But this place seems really dirty and it really smells near the seafood department. The seafood aquariums is really dirty and it seems they haven't changed the water for along time.
