This hair salon was one of the other convenient aspects of the building where I used to live on Lees Avenue.
Though it didn't look like much from the outside, I decided to give it a try one day, when I just really wanted a haircut without having to make an appointment far ahead. Since this salon wasn't usually busy, I got an appointment later in the afternoon.
The stylist actually did an amazing job of my hair. I used to have really thick long hair and she layered it in a way that gave it way more body than it had before. She also showed me step-by-step how to style it.
The stylist was really friendly and we talked about the weather among other things. She always greeted me with enthusiasm when we saw each other afterwards.
