I had a happy consignment clothing shopping experience here.
Why?
A soft black cardigan sweater in the perfect fit. An adorable pinstriped pencil skirt with a sexy little ruffle at the back. A sheer purple blouse by Guess, in flawless condition.
But wait, there's more!
Kathleen, the proprietor, is funny and bubbly. You can browse shoes, sunglasses, jewelry and even lingerie, second hand and guilt-free. Prices are very reasonable considering the quality of the merchandise is like new. Some popular labels can be found (lots of Guess, Le Chateau and Gap), and although I didn't see a lot of luxury brands, the styles are current and arranged by size and colour.
Conclusion: for second-hand fashionistas like me, Unique Boutique is truly worth the trip to Surrey.Listed in: Second-Hand Treasures

This is my neighbourhood consignment store. I haven't been inside recently but I took the time to cross the street from Guildford mall whenever I had the chance when I was younger.
They offer great quality clothing that keeps up with modern trends and pieces are all moderately priced. The decor makes me feel at home; as if I were browsing through my older sister's closet (if I had an older sister). And I never feel pressured to purchase anything either. You can sign up for the mailing list too, they'll let you know about any upcoming sales.
