I bought a beautiful $400 ceiling fixture here. They were out of lightbulbs so I had to come back for them another day. When I went to put the lamp up a piece was missing. I promply called the store and got a lukewarm response and then no follow up call about the part. The next day I called and spoke with the manager. He was much more helpful- I stopped back in and he replaced the part with no questions asked and he had the light bulbs in stock so I picked them up too. So a bit of a mixed bag all round....I expected a bit more for the price. I do love the fixture though.....

The only reason I gave this two stars and not one, is that they have a half-decent selection of modern lighting. But if you need to special order something, go elsewhere.
Try Living Lighting or Royal Lighting. -

I spent over $ 1,000 here.... This store has good prices and good selection of contemporary lighting fixtures but the service is TERRIBLE! TERRIBLE! TERRIBLE!
Purchase #1 - $ 500 Chandelier - I bought a beautiful chandelier however when I got it home and tried to install it there was a piece that hooks the crystal to the fixture that was missing and another piece was defective. I spoke with the manager Bryan - although they said they would get the replacement parts in and they did--The part he gave me was a total piece of junk and it even broke when I was trying to install it. It was NOT the correct piece even! I had to make my OWN corrections to the defective pieces so it would hang straight AND create my own hook to replace that piece that was missing! They sold me a lemon! The manager did offer to replace the entire chandelier but after multiple trips to the store and install/uninstall the chandelier I had no patience left to take down the fixture I finally got in place only to put it back up again!
Purchase #2 - $ 400 Floor Lamp. Another beautiful piece paid in full. They did not have it in stock and the Manager- Bryan told me: They would order from another store and it would be here in 2 DAYS or if not they would order it from the warehouse and it would take a WEEK. 2 WEEKS passed by and no word from the store. I called and it soon became apparent that the manager did nothing since my order! Fine, mistakes happen. He told me he would call me back the next day. The next day came and went and no call. I called the day after and EVERYTIME I call the manager has the same absent minded responses and doesn't even remember our last conversation! I have to remind him that he was the one that told me he would call me! The customer should not have to hound him to remember to get the order (paid in full!) in. He again PROMISED to call me on Monday at 12noon FOR SURE! ( his words not mine) Guess what? Monday came and NO CALL.
I wait until Tuesday at 4pm to call and AGAIN HE HAS TO BE REMINDED!! Finally he blurts out that his grandfather is in the hospital-- whether that is true or not-- I am not a mind reader and if you say you will call back then do what you say you are going to or delegate the task to your employee!) Lastly he rudely says: If I want the fixture he'll get it in otherwise I can come in and get my money back! Damn right I want my money back and I will GLADLY give it to a that appreciates my business!!! -
I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THIS RUDE AND INCOMPETENT STORE AGAIN!!! -- BUYER BEWARE!!
