Would give 0! rented a truck out of Somerville and made sure over & over I could return in Wilmington. After everything was moved I brought it back here to be told they had no room for the truck and I had to bring it somewhere else! I was just taken back like WTF! After arguing with the idiot for 15 mins and being 5 months preg. I slammed the keys on the counter said I dont care not my problem and walked out. Do not recommend!

Do yourself a favor and rent a moving van/truck from a more reputable company. I reserved a truck for my moving day and, despite reserving it well in advance and confirming it on the phone (twice), they still screwed up the reservation. Not only that, but they were arrogant and unhelpful at trying to deal with the problem. Ever wonder where all those people from high school who could barely read got jobs? They probably work at this U-Haul.
Search online for people's experiences with U-Haul, the company is a disaster. Spend a little more money and rent from a legitimate company so that your moving day isn't a nightmare like mine was.
