I booked this place through http://Bookit.com for my Niagara Falls vacation and I was so pleased with this place.
We stayed in three-bdrm suite and hosts were so welcoming, breakfast was awesome, location was so convenient, nicely decorated and kept clean.
It is close to local stores and Niagara falls. This place would be perfect if you have a car.
If you are visiting Niagara Falls, this place is seriously recommended. =) -

I stumbled upon this place searching Google Maps for B&Bs in and around Niagara Falls, as I knew we'd need a place to stay after crossing the border and our long drive back to Canada from Washington, DC.
The hosts are very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are newly done, well kept and nicely decorated. We stayed in the Topaz Room. Breakfast is varied, suited to your tastes (we ate outside on the deck) and the prices are very reasonable.
The B&B is located off the beaten path, in what I would consider to be closer to the countryside than Niagara Falls proper. In my book, this is a big plus! Even so, it is certainly close enough to everything to be a more than viable home base for a Niagara Falls vacation (it is very close to Marine Land) and we hope to return there to use it as such one day soon!
