Twiggs is amazing. Their Yirgacheffe blend is the best coffee you will ever have!
The new location on McKeown looks awesome. -

Waited an hour and a half for two hot chocolates after reminding the servers 3 times that we were waiting. Instead of bringing us our hot chocolates the waitress proceeded to serve the rush that came in after us and then proceeded to sit down and hang out with her friends. When I requested a refund the girl tried to refund me for two medium hot chocolates and didn't believe that I paid for two larges.
Every past experience I've had with this place has been good but it only takes one bad experience to turn a customers attitude sour. I refuse to give business to Twiggs since this experience. It's a shame because now I'm limited to Tim Hortons and... well Tim Hortons. It's all we have here in North Bay after all -- an ungodly amount of Tim Hortons'.
