I stumbled on this place accidentally and though that it was wonderful.
The ambiance is great and the seating comfortable. The tea is great but a little pricey. I had jasmine green tea and it was lovely. The staff was very friendly and there is a coffee for those who don't want tea. My friend had an Americano. The treats looked yummy but I didn't get a chance to try any. Wi-fi worked well.
I bought some Egyptian Chamomile tea to-go and it seemed to be cheaper than David's tea with some different varieties. -

Came here for a pot of tea and a treat on a lazy Sunday ~
It's a small and quaint place.
Seating is limited. When we were here, all seats were taken.
In spite of its small size, Tsaa offers quite the variety of tea leaves.
I had a single pot of Tsaa Earl Grey (which was fantabulous btw ... ) and a matcha square (vegan !).
I'm a fan. -

I like this small tea shop, it's small though.
It's one of the few places in the area, where you could grab a quick salad or sandwich, or meet with some friends for a drink. There's not much else walking distance from here in this genre (aside from 2nd cup).
They've got hot teas, bubble tea and serve coffee as well.
My only thing about the place, is that's its tiny and I feel like a giant walking in there with my yoga bag. -

I am a bit reluctant to write about Tsaa because I don't want others to find out about it because it's "my" place but it's a really great shop and I want it to stick around.
I've been a regular since it opened and the staff are great. They know you by name and are always cheerful. Plus, their tea selections (and tea merchandise) are bar none.
They have a great selection of green teas and their London Fog is one of the best in the city. I'm also a sucker for their tea lemonades, my favourite being the Cranberry Autumn Lemonade. They serve it in these really tall glasses as well. It's addictive! The family run business is Filipino so they have a version of their Halo Halo if you wanted to try something different.
Tsaa also sells food. Their sandwiches are delish (though a bit on the expensive side at around $6-7). They also sell gluten free chocolate desserts.
This is a great place to work (with a few outlets inside, lots of light, muzak in the background and lots of tables). If you want to have a chat with a girlfriend or read a book, there are some more comfortable lounge chairs and a fireplace.
A great alternative to the crowded coffee shops on the Danforth. -

By default... I love Tea Shop! So by default I found Tsaa Tea Shop amazing...
Loves the armchairs and how I can just chilled out with a chilled tea.
Chilled Apple Sencha Tea ($2.95) half sweetened with honey served in a half pint glass made me felt like I am drinking beer.
My tea was delivered to my table..while I was busy checking in with my Yelp App using their WIFI..talking about services!
Pastries looks delicious... they are from Tokyo Bakery (http://www.yelp.ca/biz...) in Scarborough.
I wish I can stay a little longer... but my Yelp friends were too eager looking for a patio to enjoy a REAL beer!Listed in: Loose Leaf Teas!, A Day at Greek Town!

I tried the chilled peach tea. It was served in a very posh tall cocktail glass, which is not what I was expecting! Nice touch!
Very friendly staff, lots of loose leaf teas, coffee drinks, bubble teas and baked goods. Baked goods looked AMAZING but were not made on site (I asked). They had some delicious looking chocolate cakes, tiramisu and mango cake.
Nice decor (big comfy chairs, fire place)
I just can't get quite excited enough about tea to give this place 5 stars, but if tea is really your thing then you can't go wrong here. -

I love this tea shop! Tsaa is a lovely shop on the Danforth that offers a great variety of loose-leaf quality teas (premium, organic, artisan, rare & bubble tea). You will find interesting tea flavours like apple sencha, Belgian chocolate rooibos, and mint chocolate to name a few. You can have your tea steeped by the cup or get a full pot, make a tea latte or have your tea iced. Either way, it's delicious and very healthy! As for the bubble tea, they come in flavours such as mango, lychee, coconut, avocado and more. Tsaa also offers breakfast, sandwiches, cookies, bars, truffles, tarts etc. You can find pastries here that are dairy and gluten free too! For those non- tea drinkers, they have nice coffee beverages and hot chocolate here as well. I really like how this shop has milk options/substitutes like skim, soy and lactose free milk unlike some places I've been.
The reason why I come here is for the bubble tea! For around $5.50 I had the 16oz mango bubble tea with tapioca. Pricey? Yes, but so worth it! There was no artificial powder used here, rather the bubble tea was a blend of frozen mango goodness that bursted with delicious flavour without being too sweet- just perfect!
The atmosphere at Tsaa is very cozy and relaxing. They have nice comfy chairs and tables, the decor is nice and the shop is clean and small, and they also have Wi-Fi. The staff is very attentive, cheerful and helpful too.
The only downer about this place is that for the bubble tea, you have to pay an extra $1 for tapioca, and the prices are not listed for breakfast, sandwiches, pastries etc.
Overall, Tsaa Tea Shop is a relaxing and cozy place with friendly staff and a great variety of tea and more to indulge in. Highly recommended!Listed in: Coffee, Tea & Juice, Greektown

Easily one of the most comfortable tea shops in Toronto. Located in a quiet neighborhood with nice decor and comfortable chair/sofas. Staff are very friendly and attentive, price is good at 6.50 for a large bubble tea with tapioca, normally at tenren or tea shop 168 ur looking at 7.50+ for the same thing. Definitely a good place. Perfect for studying or writing. Will return if I'm in the area again.

We love coming to this tea shop! I was so happy when it opened because the Danforth is full of coffee shops (Timothy's, Second Cup and Starbucks).
The sweetest sisters own this store and we always have a nice little chat with them. They often have other members of their family working in the back or making the teas.
Tons of different types of loose leaf teas are available--my favourites are the sweet temptation (rooibas) and the ginger tea (rooibas). Both great choices after you've stuffed yourself at one of the nearby Greek restaurants. I've never tried the bubble tea or the sandwiches, but I'm saving that for another visit.
There are also lots of gluten-free sweets available--my favourite is the gluten-free carrot cake. So delicious! It's big enough to share, but so good that you won't want to!
There are plenty of seats available and free wi-fi. When you buy something, the wi-fi password is on the receipt.Listed in: Greektown

Looking for authentic Taiwanese Bubble Tea with Fresh Ingredients?? This is the place to try...
Recently opened by 2 lovely sisters on the Danforth. I first got a taste of this teashop tea-liciousness during the Taste of the Danforth.
I tried their MANGO BUBBLE TEA. All their ingredients are freshly ground (mango, yams, lychee, etc) and mixed with tea to make delicious smoothies that taste like real fruit (none of the powder stuff offered in low-grade bubble tea shops).
They have an assortment of special loose leaf teas too that are fun and refreshing. Must try their BLOOMING TEA - which blooms into a full flower in a teapot, beautiful and delicious!
Such sweet ladies that own it, opening their business with such passion and vigor. I don't even live in this area but when I am anywhere near it, I must stop by!! Sippin' this delicious drink on the TTC, everyone stops to ask what I'm drinking, it looks delicious too!
Go, go, must go.Listed in: Must Have Asian Eats - Toronto

I've been drinking a lot of bubble tea this summer from various tea shops and this place was the worst one yet. It tasted watery and the tapioca balls were super hard.

I was visiting Toronto for TIFF and I was in dire need of some Oolong tea. I just walked along Danforth hoping I would find a shop in time. Thankfully, in a matter of minutes, I found Tsaa. It's a lovely tea shop and they have all sorts of teas in nice tight silver tins for you to inspect and smell the aroma. I asked the guy behind the counter for some Oolong and he showed me 6 canisters. I settled for the Ti Quan Yin, but I also wanted two more, but I didn't want to be greedy. I also asked for a cup to go. Not only was the service extremely friendly, but the tea was at a great price, they put it in a nice air tight sealed bag, label it, and I was good to go. Next time I visit Toronto, I will go there and stock up - maybe buy one of their cool tea accessories as well.

this whole tea thing is actually pretty good, I got the pomegranate vanilla tea latte (Aren't I white?). The buddy got the chai latte. Both very delicious, reasonable for about $5 if you want to change the flavor a little (say make a green tea latte sweeter) they can do that. very nice service. I'll be coming here a lot more, and not just for early football games in korea.
