We booked a suite, showed up at 10:30 and called (as the owner asked us to), and she never answered. We couldn't find the suite for an hour, despite being promised that there would be a post-it with our name on it, and a key under the door. When we finally found the one we *think* was our suite (how could we know? there was no post-it), it was filthy with dirty sheets in a ball on the bed and cobwebs all over.
The owner never called us back and we were stranded at 11:30 pm, in a city we'd never visited before. Thank goodness we found Medana Grove and had rented a car, or we would have slept on the grass. Don't bother.
