Yes the neighborhood is a bit grim, but the sandwiches are fantastic. The bread is always fresh and delicious, and the fillings bursting with flavour. The staff is kind, fast, and friendly. And it's amazingly cheap. Try the shredded pork sandwich for $3! Better yet, eat two.

I have to say, this place is really cute. The decor and the sweet little girl taking my order seriously charmed me. The $3 bahn mi charmed me as well.
The sandwich was really tasty, my only complaint would be that I wish there was more cilantro on it!! Other than that I was happy. I live very close by and I plan on coming here whenever I have an extra 3 bucks in my pocket and I'm hungry. -

As you the name implies, Truong Giang is Vietnamese food and proud of it. A tiny cafe with a simple menu and fresh ingredients, what more to ask? How about well conceived menu items and minimalist decorations brought to you by an actual family business, where you'll be greeted by their daughter on some summer days? Cute. Worth checking out!

My favorite sandwich shop. Always excellent. Mom makes the sandwiches while Pop tends to the customers. Free tea.

Delicious, delicious banh mi. They have a good selection, but I always have to get one of either the special or the regular cold cuts when I go.
