At True North our focus is hot tubs. Only hot tubs. We don't sell pool tables, juke boxes or massage chairs. What does this mean for our customers? It means they get the best possible info because our staff are experts. We know our tubs inside and out because we build them ourselves. And it's all we build.
We want to do one thing and do it better than anyone else. That's our commitment to you.
History
Established in 2010
We are the only company in Southern Alberta who manufactures our tubs on site. We don't order them from some factory somewhere. This means we don't pay factory mark-ups, delivery or tariffs at the border. All stuff that would have to be tacked onto the price you pay.
So not only do you get a Canadian made tub, you get it at a fantastic price.
Because we manufacture our tubs on site we know exactly what goes into each one. And because we proudly put our name on everything we sell we use the best components around. Drop by our showroom for a demonstration on what goes into our tubs. Ask to see the pump motor we use. It'll blow you away.

This family and their employees have over 25 years experience in the manufacturing & service of hot tubs.
When the Tauberts started True North Hot Tubs last year, they did so with a common goal to treat their customers as they would want to be treated.
That's why many of their customers have become "like friends," explains Marie Taubert, co-owner of True North Hot Tubs along with her sons Barry and Richard.
The Taubert family purchased the assets of Moose Mountain Hot Tubs.
During the negotiations, it was discovered that 24 known contracts were outstanding for Moose Mountain Hot Tub customers.
The family felt these people deserved their tubs and therefore made it part of the purchase agreement to supply the outstanding hot tubs.
