I come here usually for waxings, hair and nails. The employees all seem very happy and helpful, and are quite knowledgable. I'm so happy I found this place as it's on my way home.

Unfortunately, my experiences have not been very positive, with the exception of a pedicure, for which both the service and the esthetician were great.
Waxing - first time I went the girl was very slow, and then at the end she stayed in the room and started cleaning up while I gathered all my belongings...that has never happened before at any other spa. Second time I got my arms waxed, a chunk of wax wouldn't come off of my hand. After several attempts and rough pulling of the skin, she tried wax remover, but still no luck. After a few different "soothing" treatments were tried, I left in pain with a red and burning patch on my hand. I now have a lovely scar on my hand that won't go away.
Hair - went in for their Dec "blowout" special - anywhere else this includes a shampoo, blowdry, and style, and nowhere did their special advertise that a "style" was not included. I had specifically booked the appointment quoting their special, and the stylist asked what I wanted done, I told her after blow-drying to curl it. When I went to pay, I was told that because a hot tool was used, I would be charged more than the $20 special...another $20+! The stylist should have informed me of this before switching on the damn curiling iron! So frustrating, they completely ripped me off.
Needless to say, I will not be returning to this place for any spa or salon services, which is unfortunate, since they are right in my neighbourhood.
