I have now been going to Trimetrics (formerly Symetrics) for a couple of years now. Siobahn's team is amazing. I have been to many Physo/Rehabilitation facilities due to many injuries from my car accidents. This is the first facility that I have gone to that I have had results that I am excited about.
I primarily see Physiotherapist, Kirsten Stalberg and Clinical Pilates instructers Kiki Laxton & Suzie Higgins.
Kirsten's on-going care and great knowlege has really set my program in motion. She is a great Physio, who uses a variety of techniques (Acupuncture, IMS (intramuscular stimulation), Laser, Ultrasound, Ultrasound Imaging & Clinical Palades) to create a plan that gets you back moving!
Kiki and Suzi's patient instructions, have really helped me stregthen the areas that I need help with. Kiki's supportive and ongoing care has allowed me to feel confident in being able to go for walks and just enjoy my everyday actvities once again.
