I bought an apartment last year and I rented it out to a tenant that I thought was a good candidate.He started being late on his rent and later stopped paying rent all together. I asked a friend who recommended Trillion Realty Corp. They came in and took charge of a very stressful situation that couldn't deal with. The place was a mess but through their proven contractors I was able to bring my unit back to a presentable and rentable status. I hired them to find me a tenant and I have to admit people who rent from property managers are better qualified and themselves looking for the comfort of having a number to call when something goes wrong. They were able to rent the place for $100.00 more then I could which ended up being their management fee to look after every aspect of the unit. So I now have someone paying my mortgage and someone looking after it. This is the only way to go. At least for me.
