Rather pleasant stay here.  No discrepencies here.  But I must say, the room was a tad on the small & cramped side.  But I could live with it for a one night stay.  The room was clean with just a few spots here and there in the bathroom that they can obviously improve on.  But you can tell they tried.

Oh, and another thing.  They only give you two pillows at Travelodges!  Well, I'm just assuming because I had stayed previously at a Travelodge in Richmond, BC and they only gave two pillows!  I don't mind much, but still.  Bring on the fluffy pillows, Travelodge!

But overall a nice place.  We got here before the check-in time but they told us one of our rooms was ready already so they let us get the room key for one of them to drop off our belongings so we didn't have to lug it around town.  How fab of them.

Four stars only because this property lacks an elevator and complimentary breakfast.

What a great find!  We don't usually stay at Travelodges but had read positive internet reviews so decided to stay here.  Only hotel that we were interested in for less than $100.  It is just north of the Inner Harbor, about 2 miles, and half the price of Inner Harbor hotels.

The rooms have been recently remodeled, new linen, four new comfy pillows and nice towels.  Room is larger than most and very clean and comfortable. WE WOULD STAY HERE AGAIN AND WILL RECOMMEND IT TO FRIENDS!!!

They do not have breakfast, however they do have a restaurant on-site for $6 breakfast, plus beverage.  If you don't have a car, they do offer 4 shuttles in the morning and two in the late afternoon.

The rooms are quiet, however they do not have an elevator -- it has three stories.  The staff is VERY helpful -- Peter at the front desk really cared and was able to check us in at 10:30 am after arriving on the early morning ferry from Port Angeles.  Plus they have free newspapers in the lobby to take to your room to enjoy your first cup of coffee.

(The Travelodge in Courtenay is a "normal" Travelodge -- just "okay", nothing special.)
