I am now such a TJ fan I have to write about it. We did our twice monthly shopping trip and chose Trader Joes over Fred Meyer and I'm so glad we did. We got all of what we were looking for (in food) and a few surprises. The quality is exceptional and the care to be as organic as possible shows up everywhere. Love this place.

This Trader Joes is awesome! The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. I love the selection that they carry at this one, and I am always finding new and great food here, I am seriously addicted to their yogurt!
I only wish there was a trader joes at the landing in Renton, but I will still keep trekking over to the Issy one until they have a closer location with the same great staff and selection:) -

I love Trader Joe's, and I specifically enjoy shopping at this location. It's clean, has a nice staff and things are generally in stock. Trader Joe's in general has decent prices and good quality products, which is always a plus.
Once I was curious about a product, and they let me try it in the store as a free sample prior to deciding whether or not to purchase it. Goes to show you the quality atmosphere at TJ's.
This location in particular is very clean and nice. Sometimes TJ's can be a bit dumpy and not stock all items, like the one in Bellevue. -

Like shopping here. Favorites are tzakiki (sp?), nuts and seeds, nitrate-free bacon, red & white wine. A bit crowded. A bit pricey for too many items. But still a good place to come.
Their flyer is fun to read - but wish that they would have more special items that are healthier to eat - too much sugar and white flour. Even if the flyer's description is cute and entreating, I'd like more healthy options. -

Love this place. Love ALL Trader Joe's. Service just gets better and better, and the selection and prices are just right. I know it's crowded, but that just means it's the best, and if they made it bigger that would be too much. Don't let anyone change you, TJ!!

I have shopped here several times. The corn bread is great, try it! The wine selection is great and pricing is also great!
The Hawaiian marinated short ribs or out of this world! They have tons of fresh fruit and veggies. The baby bok choy oh I love it!!
The cashiers are always so fast, and so kind! Friendly place! Great parking, and everything I have tried so far has been yummy!!!!
My cashier from Alaska is my fave!!! -

I have been to many Trader Joe's and I have always felt the same way when leaving... Man I wish I had a thousand dollars to spend here... The baked goods are great, the cheese selection is great, the meat and produce is great... all of the organic and no pesticide and blah blah blah... You know the story, so what are you waiting for? It's less expensive than Whole Foods by an enormous amount, and the people who world there are always so friendly... They're like the Coldstone Creamery of grocery stores (but they haven't done any singing... yet!)... Go, shop, and be sure to try them out for quick lunches... the wraps and individual serving microwave or oven meals are fantastic too...
oh and two buck chuck... win. -

This is grocery heaven on earth. I love love LOVE shopping here. Next to Nordies this is my all time favorite shop. I literally asked for gc for xmas so I could stack up on more goodies.
It's a mix between a small mom and pops grocery store with employee's wearing Hawaiian shirts.
I love the fact that its small and the selection is limited, but not limited in a bad way. Limited in a good way. Trader Joe's offer organic, sustainable food that is not only good for mother earth, but good for the body and good for the soul.
I hate when people assume that I'm a berkin stock wearing, tree hugging freak because I recommend shopping here to everyone I meet.
I may not be able to grow my own veggies, but I can rest assured that the produce I am buying from Trader Joe's is either locally grown, hormone free and pesticide free.
I also may not be able to cook up a home made meal, but I can always count on Trader Joe's frozen food section for the best quality of foods. All organic!!!! And do NOT be fooled. The prices here are so comparable to your local chain grocery store if not cheaper its ridiculous. and considering the quality of food you are getting.. this place is the way to go.
I am so happy they are finally building a location in Silverdale.. now I'll get to enjoy they vast selection of wines (really great wines for great prices!!! Seriously can't be beat!!!)
The store can get very crowded, but they are usually very friendly and they lines never last long!!! What are you waiting for... go!!!! -
Review from Maple C.
My faaaaaaaaaavorite place to get snacks and prepared/marinated meats. Rice crispy treats, gingeroos, lamb kebabs, beef tenderloin, pre cooked rack of lamb, raw almonds, and peppered salami are all regulars on my grocery list. The chocolate peanut butter cups are really good, and be sure to snag a box of hazelnut treasures if you see it by the checkout line. Think Ferrero Rocher, but BETTER!
The only thing is that as far as certain produce items go, you can't just get one... so dont expect to be able to get just one onion or carrot... you pretty much have to get a pre-packed bag, which makes it hard if you dont need that much of that particular item, or if you like to hand pick all of your produce items indivually. -

Carnation, WA
Love love love tj's!! This location has easy parking which is rare for a Trader Joes and I appreciate that when bringing kids along.
This location has some trouble keeping certain things in stock like our fav bacon... But we just wait till the next trip and buy extra.
This store can be crowded and hectic but if you know when to avoid rush hour it's not bad. Have had a friendly cashier every time, even when my daughter won't stop talking. They have been great. -

Sammamish, WA
The prices here are as good as they get! I can get a cart full of goodies and never seem to spend over 115 dollars or so, and we buy a lot.
Our favorites include any of their frozen foods, we love to keep them on hand for nights when there is no time for dinner or a quick lunch or snack. Their free samples are always great too, go to your left after entering the store right by the breads!.
Their handmade tortillas are the best, they keep great frozen too. Wide selection of vitamins, natural, vegan and work well! -

I was planning a picnic for my wife for Mother's Day and what better place to pick up nice cheeses than TJs. I'm so happy that there is a TJs close to our house.
This Trader Joes is much like any other TJs - lots of good stuff crammed into a small grocery store. I went just after it opened at 9am on a Saturday morning and it was already crowded.
They have a great selection of organic produce and an okay selection of fruit. I've got to remember this place because they have bagged argulua as opposed to the bunches that I can find at other stores that cost the same amount.
I love the different types of dried fruit you can find here (I really prefer to use the Dried Wild Blueberries in my scones because the wild ones are a little smaller) and the variety in frozen prepared foods. They have a great sparkling French Lemonade, which doesn't keep long in our house.
For good value on unique and organic items, Trader Joes is the place to go! -

what's NOT to love here? Great products, great prices, and friendly service!

Los Angeles, CA
I love Trader Joes's dont get me wrong....but the Issaquah Trader Joe's is horrible. Way too small of a store. Very limited selection of items, horrible produce supply, long lines, and there always either empty shelves or out of stock on items. Bellevue location is not much better but for a hot bed suburban area such as Issaquah, TJ's corporate office should really consider expanding or remodeling this store and adding more stores on the eastside of King County.
(As you may tell I have become very spoiled with the Trader Joes that are plentiful and everywhere in Southern California, sorry for the bitterness but I like my TJ products not Whole Paycheck or PCC) -

I love Trader Joe's and am a fan.
At a lower cost then Whole Foods, and slightly lower then PCC, this is an excellent store to shop for healthier food options.
FREE SAMPLES!
Today: a quarter piece of an organic cheeseburger with ketchup.
Excellent!
-1 star to this location because of the small store size, and very limited selection, compared to other locations.
Tip: Charles Shaw is an excellent wine for $2.99. I buy them by the case for Christmas/Birthday presents. -
Review from Amy B.
The Issaquah Trader Joe's is a wee bit hard to find - but worth the challenge. The aisles are large and easy to maneuver, the parking lot is HUGE, the the stock seems to always be full.
The staff go out of their way to be accommodating, helpful and nice (as is generally the case at ANY TJ's).
Now that I'm no longer working in Burien, I suspect that this may become my go-to Joe's - and I'm okay with that. -

Trail mix, dried fruit, nuts and other snacks. Perfect place for hiking and road trip snacks. The store can be a bit crowded, but cashiers are fast.

Review from Jon L.
Similar to the Kirkland location. It feels a little more crammed with products than I would like. It is in a good location near Lowe's and Petsmart with Costco and PCC down the street. Plenty of parking which is definitely a plus since this location tends to get packed. Checkout is reasonably quick.
There are numerous Trader Joe's locations, so I would venture here only if you happen to live in the Issaquah-Sammamish area. Otherwise the Redmond and Bellevue locations provide a better shopping experience. -

Issaquah, WA
Overall: A great supplementary grocery store
I come in to Trader Joe's to pick up supplementary things for my normal weekly shop. They have a huge array of bits and bobs to tantalize the taste buds, including roasted plantain chips, Zen bakery bran muffins, pumpkin tea loaf, Greek yoghurt, nuts, dried fruit and chocolate coated espresso beans.
They also carry the usual fare of breads, cereals, toiletries, pet food, snacks, cheeses, dairy, produce, fish, meats, frozen items, grocery and wines/beers. I love the fact that the produce in this TJ's has got better over the last few months and they even stock some organics now (a plus in my opinion)
The great thing about Trader Joe's is that they offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee, anything you do not like you can bring back! -

Excellent customer service. The workers genuinely want to help and have a very positive attitude. At least the contingent of staff that was working this morning.
Might be tough to find. It is past lowes and right next to petsmart. -

First of all, I ADORE Trader Joes's!! The gummy tummy penguins! The Salsa Especial! The Kal-Bi Ribs! The triple ginger cookies!
But... the Issaquah Trader Joe's is horrible. Very limited selection of items, small produce section, long lines, and there always either empty shelves or out of stock on items. -

Issaquah, WA
There are really no words to describe how much I love Trader Joe's so I won't even try. I will however tell you what I LOVE so much from there:
- BBQ chicken pizza (frozen section)
- The string cheese
- The nut section
- The organic corn chips
- The Carne Asada (meat section)
- The lemon tarts (frozen section)
- The whipped cream
- The beer and wine selection
- The fried rice (frozen section)
- The French Onion Soup (frozen section)
- Poppyseed Dressing
- Pear and Gorgonzola dressing (cold section)
Put all of those things on your next grocery list. Prepare to be amazed at how small your grocery bill is. -

Well you cant say enough about trader joes. They have good food and it is affordable. You can walk out the store with a couple of bags for 100 and at qfc you might get a half of bag for same price

Redmond, WA
Trader Joes is great, good prices and great products but I do have a bit of a bone to pick with this store. It is small, I mean really small, and I got bumped more than a few times while trying to pick items out of their freezer bins and walk through the store. The cash registers were jammed up together way to tightly and I seriously feel bad for any obese people that shop there because I doubt they could fit in the small area in between the registers they give you to pay in (and it's meant for two people to be there back to back!). Everything felt cramped and messy and I was there at the middle of the day on a week day... I can't imagine what hell this store would be like on a weekend when more people would be shopping! What they didn't get in interior space must have been traded for parking because there is enough parking there for a store 10 times its size.

I love Trader Joes in general. They just have thinks that help you make unique meals. You don't have to do the same old meat and potatoes - oh no you can do BBQ pork and potato pancakes or use there great cheeses to make a fab mac and cheese or chicken parmesan with polenta...I could keep going but won't. The great thing about this location is that the staff is so darn friendly and the parking is great. There are bigger TJ's with more selection so I will take a star away for that but will hope that they move to a new larger location someday - perhaps the old linens and things next store...
