Another one of my favourite cultural things to do in the city is to take a tour of the Toronto Botanical Garden.
The grounds of the garden are stunning, with several gardens to share with the public.
Their gardens are in beautiful condition and they showcase just about everything such as colourful flowers, spicy herbs, tall trees and full shrubs. Everything is just green and represents all of the beauty the natural elements can offer.
One thing I also enjoy about the Toronto Botanical Garden is that it has at least one unique event per month (even in the winter months). These events vary from plant sales to Earth Day celebrations to floral demonstrations.
I recommend this if you have a love for gardens or wish to partake in something different on a sunny weekend day.
This is definitely one of my favourite spots to visit at least once during the Spring and Summer.
