$30 for a manicure and pedicure in a nice CLEAN salon is an excellent deal! Be sure and go early as they get busy weekends and after 3 pm on weekdays. My four year old daughter and I both get our nails done here and my daughter gets treated extremely well (as do I).
If you do have to wait your turn if they are busy, you get to relax in a massage chair while your feet are massaged in a nice warm bubbly foot bath.
I've also had my legs and eyebrows waxed here and not only were the prices very reasonable, the service was excellent and meticulous!
The only small negative thing I can say is some of the staff seem a bit shy, which I put down to language barrier. This does not affect the actual manicures and pedicures though!
