Its really hard to like the Dentist, and the experience is one of those things we tend to avoid. The team at toothworks make it really easy and pleasant, and the whole experience is just a bit more tolerable.
best points:
- they run on time, and i never am late from leaving, also it seems like they are always open.
- the staff are friendly and easy to deal with. with the exception my hygienist, who gives me more grief for my flossing habits than my mother ever did, and makes no apologies when the cleaning is rough, as "I deserve it" all kidding aside, its the people that make it.
- they have new magazines. this matters.
- i have never had billing hassles, and they take care of all the claims fast and without effort.
check them out. they stand out. -

Definitely check them out.
I have huge dental phobia's, and they have been really great and accommodating with me, to the point of walking me out and helping me into a cab (wisdom teeth extractions). They make sure everything covered by company insurance is submitted and will direct bill if requested. -

I'm not that happy with Toothworks these days - I think they are fine if you just need a regular cleaning, but they are so busy and have so many staff and dr's that I don't think anyone remembers me when I come in, so if you have recurrent problems it's hard to get any substantial help. Also, I feel like they are too busy to really listen - when I go in I have to repeat why I'm there to every person I see, as though nothing has been written down when I make the appointment.

Always a good experience here - the quality of the work is excellent, as is the speed; I just had a filling replaced and redrilled in about an hour. Very professional, yet also friendly and always willing to answer questions regarding a procedure, or even a simple cleaning. It's very quick, and feels like an assembly line sometimes, but you can't deny the excellent, personable service.

I can't recommend this place enough!
I have really bad teeth and spent a lot of time on the dentist's chair as a child so was very nervous when I first went, but I realised (and quickly) that my fears were unfounded. I went for the first time about four months ago, after not having been to the dentist for a year and a half. Nobody said anything about it, nobody shook their head or told me off. They were all understanding, checked out my teeth, took x-rays, gave me a cleaning and made plans with me about what needs fixing.
Over the six weeks or so that followed I was there every two weeks for a lot of work and it was the most worry-free dentist experience I have ever had. Anesthetic is basically a given when you're getting fillings done but I have (or rather, had!) a major fear of needles. I told the doctor and he easily agreed to tell me when it was time for the needle so I could close my eyes.
The doctors and the hygienists are exceptional, the reception staff are friendly, the office is open late AND on the weekends and they always follow up with you about any further work and regular cleaning appointments. If you need a dentist around that area, you should definitely go to this one. -

The staff here is SO friendly. They made me feel very comfortable during my first 2 visits (cleaning and filling) and I had no problem booking an appointment. Dr. Chang was really great and she explained everything to me and answered all of my questions. The work done on my teeth was thorough and efficient. The office itself is very comfortable and clean. They have a 'freshening station' with complimentary toothbrushes and mouthwash for those after work appointments where you don't have time to get home and brush out a day's worth of gunk :)
