I am not a fan of Tony Roma's. I had a very bad experience at Tony Roma's in Sydney Australia many years ago and swore I would never set foot in one again. The experience was so bad that someone recognized me at customs and Honolulu and asked if I was that guy that had bad service at Tony Roma's in Sydney. That's pretty bad.

Well after many years I decided to give them another chance. I was at the Sheraton Next door and the bar their is awful. It was cold out and I really did not want to go too far so I swallowed my pride and popped in here for a drink and meal with the family. Well I'm glad I did.

The food was decent and the service was good. the prices were also very reasonable. You can get a 32 ounce Molson Draft for about the same as a 16 oz at the Sheraton Lounge and the service is much better. That alone was reason to come here.

They have some very nice specials, like all you can eat ribs.
After a full rack of ribs you probably won't want any more, but since it was all you could eat I did force myself to get a second half rack to try one of the other flavours.

They also have some really nice appetizers.

Anyway considering the fact that Niagara Falls seems to be swamped with mediocre chain restaurants this was not bad at all.

On a recent visit to the Niagara Falls area, we ate at this location and it wasn't too bad.

They were having an all-u-can-eat riblet special, so I figured I would give that a whirl.
These little riblets were ok, but you have to take a great deal of care when eating as there are many bones. The taste and tenderness of the meat was good and the flavor of the BBQ sauce was decent as well.
I loved the garlic mashed potatos..mmmm!

My issue with this place was the speed of the service.
Everything started ok then the server became less attentive to her tables, and was gone for long periods of time.
Sitting with empty glasses and wanting more of the all you can eat, was not working so well. The rest of the section was visibly frustrated as well.

Could have been a personal issue, in which case she should have told the manager and had her section covered by someone else. In any event, this knocked down my opinion of this place quite a bit.

We went here because of location in relation to our hotel, but I would steer clear in the future.

This restaurant is located inside the Radisson, where hubby & I were staying.  After a long drive up, we decided to get some dinner at the bar.  The food was delicious & the portions were huge!  I had the chicken spinach something & hubby had the all-you-can-eat Tony Roma ribs special.  Apparently there are 4 kinds of ribs during this special & then there are several kinds of sauces -- the hot one being the most popular & most delicious.

The bartender & manager were both very friendly - telling us of places we should visit while we were visiting...even suggesting local beers for us to try.  & of course, we checked them out -- all 22 oz of them!

This particular Tony Romas was quite good.  Our waitress was very friendly, but we were here during the slow season.  I had a house salad which was quite good, and came out very quickly, and a rack of baby back ribs, which were delicious and falling right off the bone.  The 'garlic' mashed potatos however, had little to no flavor, and the seasonal veggies (in this case being green beans) weren't so hot either.

Overall, one of the better places you can eat for $20 or so in the area.

I'd say that I've definitely had better breakfast buffets.  Service was fine, and drinks are included in price, but this was a $10 breakfast buffet that is close to the same quality of food as a holiday inn express breakfast buffet...which is sub-par to begin with though that at least is included in the rate.  I reco to go to the continental pancake place instead...or any other breakfast place is likely better.
