Decent.
DJs are enthusiastic enough, and the venue can handle a crowd. However, the crowd itself tends to be a bit young. If you're lucky, there'll be a gogo dancer or two for your enjoyment, otherwise a few underage girls will hop up on the table to fill that void. (If I ever wanted to hit on any of the ladies there, I'd have to card first.) They sure LOOK underage.
Drink prices are what you'd expect at any nightspot, so pregaming should be part of your plans. On the bright side, bartenders are friendly and attractive. On the brighter side, large groups can spring for bottle service as a semi-affordable way of getting buzzed.
Don't forget to dress well! Or hoochie, if that's your style.
