Probably one of my favourite sushi restaurants in town. I've lived within 5 blocks of this place for years, and I try to visit as often as I can. Their veg roll selection is great, and they're incredibly friendly and accommodating. Their caterpillar roll is slathered with avocado, which is great for the price - it does come with mayo.
Try the barbecued eggplant - it's incredible. I've enjoyed most everything I've had here. The staff are familiar with veganism and vegetarianism, which I really appreciate, and they always seem happy to have you in there.Listed in: Shushi

Oh no Tomo! Where have you gone-o?
We rang to order our usual Sushi yum yums last week and got a strange message. Then walked past a few days later and they're closed.

Super cheap sushi that is still very tasty; lots of vegetarian options.
You can get rolls starting from one dollar, and a combo box starting from seven dollars. Call ahead and wait only 5-8 minutes for your sushi to be ready. The place is typically empty so I can only assume a lot of people order take out. They are *very* friendly there - even the sushi chef will greet you when you enter or leave.
Basically this is a great place to get good sushi on the cheap, a must-get if you live near by.
