Sometimes restaurants seem ill-equipped to handle takeout and it ruins the experience... this is what I assume happened the first time I went to Toji because the dine-in food was just fine.
Once again this is Etobicoke, so the rolls are a bit too large, expensive and the place is dead. The presentation of the food was rather impressive and the service was fast even though there were two other couples and it was just the chef taking orders and making food.Listed in: Etobicoke! It's still part of…, Sushi Me Baby!!

Ordered a maki combo, which was ok but nothing outstanding. The toro sashimi was amazingly presented however and the free soup and salad was a nice touch. Good ambiance aside from the movie planet earth playing in the background was off putting as I watched a leopard take down and eat an ostrich.
