I have been seeing Dr. Tkalych as my family doc since '97 or so. I can't rave enough about how great he is.
While you're not always going to get in to see him exactly on time, that's because he doesn't rush any of his patients. I think almost every time I've seen him, the conversation ends with something like, "is there anything else I can do for you today."
He also knows his stuff, and is more than willing to discuss options, opinions, and anything else. Add to that the fact that he's very light-hearted and has great communication skills, I can't recommend him highly enough.
Unfortunately, he doesn't appear to be taking new patients at present, but he's worth keeping an eye on. Yes, he's just that good.
