Really cute store. Great variety of adorable pet things and great healthy treats.
Catch them at the end of season (NOW!) for discounts. Five star for the friendly staff, special occasion baked treats, natural treats and fantastically curated adorable pet goods. Out of all the pet stores in the area I like this one best. -

After being contacted by the owner on a number of occasions, I'm improving their star ranking. The owner, Paul, is nice, and really wants me to update this.
I'm very happy that my dogs aren't injured. And am thankful they were returned in good health.

Paul, the owner truly cares about good customer service. They had some bad luck with the previous groomer and Paul personally called to apologize for it. He offered a discount the next time we bring our dog it for grooming.
The selection of clothing and treats are good. Pricing is in-line with other local stores. -

They have a good selection of carefully chosen dog treats, toys and accessories. They also do grooming in the back. As Paul*, the owner told me, their groomer is one of the top poodle groomers in the city. He showed me their grooming "salon" and it was neat, clean and well-equipped.
He was very patient and well informed in response to my numerous questions.
*I found out he was the owner by searching the Googler and finding him on Linkedin.
NB Should really get 3.5 stars because it is rather small with a limited selection and they don't carry our preferred food, but I can see some people loving this place. -

We used to bring our dog here for his grooming. He was always happy to go and the groomer did a great job on his cut. The problem was that four out of seven times we took him there, they ran two-three hours late having him finished. After missing my brother's birthday dinner, we switched to Doos for Dogs...

I shop here when I want to spoil my Boston Terrier "Beans" with something special. They have cute chew toys, fancy jackets and sweaters and tasty looking doggie baked goods. I have never had my dog groomed here. However another reviewer mentioned the customer service not being so great. I purchased a toy for my dog that looked to be rugged, however within hours my little doggie had ripped this toy to shreds. I called the store and stated my disappointment. Within the hour the manager called me back and said that he would gladly let me exchange the product for something more appropriate and durable for my dog.

The Groomer seems to be on his game but I think the owner has bumped his head too many times going down the stairs. I called and left a voicemail 3 days ago for a grooming appointment ( I spend about $100.00 there a month) and I am still waiting to hear back? What gives??? It's all about customer service . It's amazing how many people in retail don't understand it!

I'm updating both my review and my star rating. Though, initially, I had a greatly disappointing experience with trying to book my first grooming appointment, Paul, the owner contacted me and wanted to make things right. This, to me, speaks volumes so I returned to try their services again. The groomer and the person working the counter were very friendly. The groomer also took my dog in right away at his appointment time and they called me right away when he was done. A grooming experience is never the happiest moment in a dog's life, so I'm happy to get him in and out as soon as possible to make the experience a better one for him. Timmie's did a great job at this. Of course, selling treats and toys also makes the environment one dogs want to be in! I felt comfortable leaving my dog with them, and was happy with the cut. The groomer also checked with me at the end of the appointment to make sure I was happy with one area I had initially asked to be longer, and then she adjusted the length for me (I decided a bit shorter was better). Additionally, I have stopped in the store to browse around on other occasions, and again Paul and the staff have been very friendly and helpful to me and all the other customers that came in while I was there. I will definitely go for another appointment for grooming and update again.
