This is my favorite wine bar. The staff is really friendly. They have a small menu; however, they do allow you to bring in food or have food delivered. The wine selection is delicious. The past times I've visited this place, there were a few groups of parties. Times Ten Cellars have a few rooms you can reserve for a celebration. Also, they have a small patio with tables for you to enjoy. I highly recommend you visit Times Ten Cellars. You'll be glad you did!

Now THIS is a place to "take a meeting" or just meet clients and get to know them over a lovely glass of very very good wine. Great patio, lovely cozy indoor area.
Yep, great place. -

There is some pretty good wine here. You can drink it outside on the patio or in one of the various rooms or spaces. I like to take my friends here to have a drink and catch up and it is a great inspiration spot. They serve small plates of cheese/crackers/fruit but they also have menus of local restaurants that deliver. This place is a hidden treasure.

I really like the atmosphere @ Times Ten Cellars......Very relaxing....perfect for enjoying your favorite wine & catching up with family & friends. Dimly lit...rich woods...comfy chairs & cozy sitting areas. George is usually behind the bar & he's very friendly & welcoming. Food can be brought in from any restaurant & they have all the numbers to your favorite restaurants @ the Lakewood / Lower Greenville area that will deliver to TTC.......and on Wednesday's from 6-9, Il Cane Rosso is out front making delicious oven fired pizza....really good! TTC also offers a variety of fruit , cheese & sliced meat boards, dips and delicious chocolates as well. They have lots of tasty little treats to go along w/ your wine. I look forward to my next visit to Times Ten Cellars !

Review from Zandra E.
Times Ten is hands down the best wine bar in Dallas.
A few years ago friends of mine threw a going away party before they moved to Seattle and at this point, I never really heard of this place, but seen it driving through the neighborhood. Well, I could just kick myself for all the wasted time.
Times Ten has one of the best patios. We were able to push the tables together and have a fantastic spread. I was unsure which wine to choose from and was elated to find out that I could do a tasting of the various wines they make themselves based on the type of wine I usually buy. The sweet staff was even nice enough to keep up with which wines I liked and did not and wrote down the names of the ones I liked the most without me even asking. How cool is that?!
Times Ten does offer food and although I have not eaten there, I've heard great things about it and plan to try it when I have my going away party there later this year.
BTW, I almost forgot, if you are looking to just relax and have a few glasses of wine, there are great seating areas in the lounge. It is very welcoming and nice. -

Lakewood has reinvented itself in the five years since I moved away. Who knew that we would have a Whole Foods, Paciugo, and wine bar, all within walking distance? It's not quite New Urbanism, but it's also less contrived.
This is a wonderful space -- dark, modern, and classy. They make their own wines, which are great, and bring food in from nearby establishments. It is just the quiet, conversation-friendly venue that I look for in a wine bar. And it's reasonably priced. -

Great for a relaxing time catching up or hosting an event. Nice interior, good wines. Food is allowed to be brought in from local restaurants or catered by Whole Foods or The Grape (yum!). Servers are helpful and pleasant. Any time I have guests visiting from out of town who are wine-o's I take them here.
I hosted a birthday party here and was very pleased with everything, we just reserved the front room. It was complimentary to reserve a spot for just a group, like most anywhere else. We also attended a fund raiser in the main building and it was beautifully decorated with florals, so it is a space you can take as is or glam up for almost any occasion. We thought about having our wedding reception there but to rent the whole space out for an event was cost prohibitive to me. The Annex isn't my favorite but for a small group it would be perfect.
Join their email list if you are interested in attending the grape harvest in late August at their winery outside of Dallas. -

I really like this place -- the cabernet was great, and the zinfandel was also very good. It's my understanding this place makes the wines locally, and you can taste it. I love the atmosphere and the concept. Plus live music some nights? Even better. You can bring in your own food, too, which can be a plus and a minus. Highly recommended.

Fabulous and classy for a relaxing way to begin or end the evening. I planned a networking happy hour here and the staff was accomedating. Came here again with the bf and had some cheese and wine. Atmosphere was cozy and dark, accompained with those working on their lap tops(free wi-fi) and laughter from a group of wine drunk women. I want to come back on a Wednesday for wine and Cane Rosso pizza. This would be an ideal place to come and catch up with your girlfriends and have a wine tasting. They make wine there so be sure to grab a bottle on your way out. Great tasting for a great price.

I came here for a meeting/presentation, and had a great time. What I liked about it:
1. Chill but upscale vibe
2. Cool art on the wall for sale
3. They make their own wine -

Better than Wine Therapist and a few other's of its kind.
Their atmosphere is a combination of romance and maturity with a splash of edgy/fun. They make their own wine on the premise too. I'm a red wine drinker.....I thought their merlot and cabs were excellent. I'd certainly buy their wine more often if they the law allowed them to sell at retail stores. ....TX law since the prohibition!
I went with a group of girls for a girls night, and had a blast. We brought our own food and just sipped on their wines all night. -

Great little place that is nicely tucked away in the Lakewood area. Went there for the first time last night, met up with friends and had a couple glasses of wine. The wine list isn't huge, but the wines they offer are very flavorful and complex. I had a glass of their 2007 Merlot and 2010 Tempranillo Limited Edition, while my wife tried the 2008 Cab Sav and a glass of the 2010 Tempranillo Limited Edition. The wine was very good and the atmosphere was perfect, slightly dimmed lighting, interesting decor, and a great spot to relax and drink a glass of wine.

I had a birthday party here many moons ago, and also organized a kickoff for a professional organization in the annex here. The annex is . . . well, an annex that you can rent separate from the lounge. You can bring your own caterers/food and set up.
Big points on the atmosphere, the vibe, and the kitschy coolness of a local wine bar. I have friends that specifically bought bottles of local wine based on tasting it here. The owners and staff have been well trained in marketing themselves (cheers!) so they are able to answer all questions. Such as: "What exactly *is* Texas wine?"
Overall - It's a nice and charming place to have an event if you're looking to have an "event" rather than a "party". -
Review from Megan M.
I'm not really sure why I've waited so long to review Times Ten. Maybe because I secretly hope that by not reviewing it, no one else will find out about it and I can keep it all to myself. (I don't think that's working out for me very well)
Times Ten is exactly what you think it is: a cozy neighborhood wine bar run by friendly people whose sole purpose in life is to ply you with good wine, thereby ensuring that you make the smiley face all night. Ok, maybe they have personal goals that don't involve me or alcohol, but you'd never know it from the welcome-to-my-home vibe that Times Ten gives.
My favorite thing about Times Ten is the staff's ability to match the perfect glass of wine to my consistent "I like red" request. See, I know what kind of wine I like but it doesn't mean I can translate that into ordering the right glass. No worries. These folks know how to turn my wine garble into exactly the right result. Yay for speaking Wine Rookie!
Times Ten offers an assortment of yummy nibbles and one of these days I'm actually going to make it on a Wednesday when Cane Rosso parks their magic pizza truck in the parking lot and serves up some basil tomatoey wonderfulness.
Bottom line, Times Ten is at the top of my wine list. Every time. -

I rolled up to Times Ten last night and found the main building to be closed for a private event. Determined not to give up and curious about Times Ten Too, next door seemed like a fantastic alternative.
The place looks like a coffee shop, but without the coffee. Comfy couches, seating areas, big round tables and butcher-style high tops are scattered throughout, with tons of standing room for packed events.
I had no idea they served food either! We shared the dip trio (hummus, artichoke/feta salsa and creamy olive tapenade) and the meat and cheese plate. Both come with crackers and were a perfect accompaniment to the glasses of vino.
I may start coming here instead of the main building. It's a little more intimate and perfect for a girls night out spot or a casual date.Listed in: Wine bars in Dallas

I really enjoyed this place. It wasn't necessarily the wine that sold me on this place, it's the service and concept. From the minute we got there, the waitress was very helpful, directing us first-timers around the menu. I liked the fact that Times Ten didn't try to have this expansive menu. Unlike other wine bars, Times Ten focused on what they were good at - wine. They didn't try to sell you overpriced mediocre food. You are allowed to order food from some restaurants next door. We ordered a pizza from Scallini's.
Times Ten brought us out some plates and utensils. Scallini's delivery brought the pizza and we were good to go.
The atmosphere was very comforting. The patio is gorgeous and perfect for a nice warm night. Overall, I love this place. I'd visit more if it wasn't a long drive for me. -

Always an excellent time at times ten. Service is good without being intrusive. Wine is great. Snackies are nice if you're hungry.
It's been a great place to go when I want to chat with someone without being interrupted so often. -

Dallas, TX
Simply a wonderful place. My wife and I had our rehearsal dinner here, and it didn't disappoint. The owners are true local businessmen, and celebrate the greatness of Lakewood and East Dallas wholeheartedly.
The have a good selection of wine, much of which is grown at their vineyard in Alpine, TX, and the selection varies depending on what luck they've had with particular grapes. The staff is very well informed to the entire process, and when you come in you always feel welcome. Great music and ambiance.
My only knock is the wine gives legendary hangovers. Two glasses is enough for an uncommon headache for me, and I'm a champion wine middleweight. There is a local pizza place very nearby, Scalinni's, that will deliver their delicious food in a reasonable period of time.
If you're in the area and in the mood for a glass, this is your first choice. It's very rare I'll give an A+, but Times Ten Cellars richly deserves it. -

I'm sorry to inform you that I got smashed at Times Ten. We shared 2 bottles of wine and ate 2 pizzas between the two of us. Nothing wrong with a little mid week bacchanalia though. We talked the night away for about 2 hours as was everyone else here, mostly young beautiful women and older couples. Cool building with an Italian palazzo look, picturesque patio.
They make their own wine here, which I was skeptical about. But I had a great time here. Bottles start at $18 and go up to $40.
El Cane Rosso makes their awesome pizzas here on Wednesday night. -
Review from Nickie G.
Sometimes I am in the mood to have a nice adult happy hour which means I want to sit around drinking wine and chatting rather than pounding rum and diets and dancing around to the jukebox. So last night I suggested Times Ten Cellars since I have only been there once before and that was with the ex-BF so I needed some good memories. Plus it is really close to my house in Lakewood so it is convenient.
The interior of this place is understated yet elegant. Lots of little nooks and crannies hold tables and chairs so you can snuggle up and have a cozy conversation. I decided to snuggle up to my favorite yelpers who were already occupying a table close to the bar! Leave it to Leigh P and Megan M to know the best place to sit!
Since it is hot out my friend and I went for a white wine. We tried a chardonnay and some sort of blend and settled on a bottle of the chardonnay. It was unoaked, crisp, and refreshingly cold. The selection of red wines was a little more extensive if you like reds better. They bring a wine chiller bucket out and place it beside your table so your white wine stays cool and refreshing as well.
The food here is just little nibbles. We had the dip trio which was some sort of salsa (ok), some ranch/sour cream looking stuff (I didn't try it because I don't like white creamy stuff people!!), and hummus (yummy). We also got a cheese board. The only cheese I could actually identify was a brie, and it was almost like a pepperjack brie, but it was tasty as were the other cheeses. Served with crackers and grapes. Personally I like the little snack size of the offerings here, although $11 for that little cheese board is just a tad bit excessive. For the same price you can get a cartload of cheese and meat over at Old Monk. Just sayin'. However, if you are really hungry they have the phone numbers for local places so you can order a full meal to be delivered. ALSO they have the number for PACIUGO so you can have some delicious, magical gelato with your wine!
As a side note, they have a private party room that you can rent out for all your party needs....especially if your party needs a lot of tasty wine!
Later in the evening we moved to the patio to finish out our second bottle of chardonnay (so much for that refined adult happy hour eh?). The patio is greatness! Fairly large sized, comfortable, and the same awesome level of service as inside. I have a feeling this is going to be my new favorite place to go, especially for those weeknight happy hours!Listed in: Places with Private Party…, Patio Party

I love me some Times Ten. It's just a couple of blocks from my Mom's house so it's really nice to just walk over, have a glass of wine and maybe some of their nibbles. As far as the food goes I've never really been unimpressed with what they had I'm just usually a lot more hungry than what they have to offer. Apparently I'm not the only one so they have the numbers of the adjacent restaurants that deliver printed on their menu's so you can order pizza, etc and they bring it right in to your table.
The wine is good, the servers are always top notch and will let you know what wine is really good, has just been bottled, and what you need to have right then.
All in all great place. :) -

We have had three delightful and completely different experiences at Times Ten Cellars. The first was an event reception at Times Cellars Too; the second was a fundraiser/wine trail for Greyhound Adoption League of Texas, and the third was a recent dinner on their patio. In every case, we felt special and well-taken care of, in a warm, casual environment
We tried a couple of very nice wines on our last visit. We brought our (calm, well-behaved) dogs to the patio, and they were welcomed by staff who remembered them from the fund-raiser. You can enjoy small plates of food there, or order from local restaurants for a complete dinner. Live jazz is a plus, too.
We will be back! -

I went to Times Ten as part of Gallery Night. I was super excited by the description "take a guided tour of our winery... with a glass of wine in hand of course!"
When we arrived, it was pretty unclear who were the employees and who was there to view art. A large space was cleared out to host the works of photographers and a sculptor.
After viewing the art, I hoped for some tour and some wine (free I'd hoped... BTW I'm cheap). I wandered around for a while until a man asked me if I need help. I said I was interested in a tour and he look perplexed. I showed him in the brochure that they were offering tours. He walked over to a young woman who sighed and said she could give us a tour. The tour was short (that's okay, it's a small place) and the only one who had a glass of wine in hand was her.
Afterwards, we sat at the bar for a tasting of four wines. We tried the Sirah, Chardonnay, Sauvignon blanc, and Pinot Grigio. We were most impressed by the Sirah and Sauvignon blanc. I thought the other two wines were mediocre. The staff wasn't very friendly except for this guy with a beard.
Ultimately, we bought a bottle of the Sauvignon. I do want to go back, try more wines, and perhaps some of their appetizers/ desserts. Super cool, you can order food from three restaurants and have it delivered while you drink wine.
I have high hopes for Times ten. -

The combination of Wednesday night Il Cane Rosso pizza and Times Ten Cellars is a perfect fit. It's going on throughout April, so definitely check it out. It didn't hurt that it was a beautiful evening...sun streaming in to the nice space. The service was understated, friendly and helpful. Had a glass of the cabernet sauvignon and it went well with the pizza.
Times Ten...will definitely be back and am wondering why I never had the desire to go before. Oh yeah it's because I'm not a wine fanatic. Well, Times Ten makes me want to become a wine-o. The small plates of food they offer-cheese plates, dips, cured meats, all sounded tasty (and said they were designed by the Grape Restaurant). The ability to order in meals from nearby Lakewood restaurants, and even gelato from Paciugo around the corner is a cool feature.
Pleasing space...nice understated music...interesting crowd. A good hangout spot. Oh, and the pizzas were super-quick in case you're worried about that. Fun wine-trivia game on our table as well in case you want to show off your knowledge.
Sooooo, with the rosy wine glow in my head and the fading light of a beautiful spring day about me, two big thumbs up to Times Ten. -

My girlfriend and I had the best experience here! The atmosphere was lovely and the staff was nice and helpful. We tried a couple of reds, but really liked their Tempranillo where the grapes are from Alpine TX. The flavor was complex and bold. So good - we bought a bottle to have with dinner over at Urbano Cafe.

I'll try to offer up some new info here: Times Ten Cellars is a fantastic place for a wedding. They have a private party room/building that is cozy and intimate, which is what a wedding should be.
And the wine? Not bad at all. It goes down easy. Perhaps too easy. -
Review from Shanna L.
Reviewing this place seems unnecessary since it seems everyone is in agreement, but since I'm cutting my teeth on the whole review thing, decided I'd start easy :)
1-It's 2 blocks from my house -SCORE!
2-It has a cool vibe without trying too hard, it just "is what it is"
3-great wine, even though it's inexpensive and "Texas"
We went when it first opened and the owner, Kert (not to be a name dropper) sat and talked to us all night while HE was bartending...kept our glasses full, let us try everything on the wine list, gave us a tour of the place. They did not yet have a patio but have since built one. They have also added a nice "snack" menu, although you can bring in or call in food and they provide you with everything you need to enjoy it where you sit.
Also, you can roll out in "fancy clothes" in case you are on your way to/from something nice, or you can roll out in jeans/flops and either way you are cool. No need to stress and say "what are you wearing" to your girlfriends if you are meeting here. 2 (perfectly manicured) thumbs up!Listed in: support local, Four Legged Friends, Lakewood

Times Ten has a great atmosphere. The building is an old renovated post office which is comfortable and hip-looking while retaining the charm of the original structure. The patio is nice for sipping and relaxing.
I love the wine at Times Ten. The Libertine red blend, which is sadly all gone (mostly drunk by us here and at Cock and Bull probably), is probably my favorite wine. Also try the Syrah and Cab Franc. The Syrah has a cool leather/tobacco smell not often found. I have not tried the whites, but as summer is approaching I may move to those.
The only reason it gets 4 out of 5 is that the wine and snacks are both a little overpriced, in my opinion. However, I am willing to pay occasionally for the atmosphere and to support a local neighborhood winery.Listed in: Why I love Dallas

Beautiful Decor & Great Location. They need to have more places like this in Plano, hahaha. ;).
I went with a substantial group of fellow music lovers & we all really enjoyed the laid back albeit sophisticated ambiance of this place.
The bar in the tasting room is very classy & the wait staff is knowledgeable and friendly.
They really promote their cabernet franc but I tend to stick with the pinot noir. They are both great selections though.
Additionally, the amuse bouche are quite tasty & filling especially for this type of place.
I need to come here more often it reminds you life doesn't have to be overly taxing. -

This fine wine bar is located in the heart of Lakewood...one of my favorite neighborhoods in Dallas. The atmosphere is extremely pleasant indoors and out. If you are outside, make sure to use your bug spray before you get there. They can't have the the candles that prevent the mosquitos because it alters the flavor of the wine...the interesting new fact I learned from this experience. The inside is full of rich, dark colors and perfect for conversation and wine.
There was a private party in the main room when we were there. It was catered by a mexican food restaurant and Times Ten served the beverages. It looked like great fun and a perfect place for a small party. The wine selection is not huge but they do offer several types of wines and wine flights. The true gem is the Sangria! It is some of the best Sangria I have had stateside. We also had the trio plate with hummus, pesto and a bruchetta tomato dip. It was pretty tasty. The service was so-so on the patio, but after the shift change, it got a little better. This is a great spot for after work, pre-dinner or after dinner. -
Review from Monica T.
My sister and I were recently in town visiting our parents and were looking for a low key place to drink wine and chat for a bit. This place fit the bill perfectly, and was only a short drive from where we were staying.
From the reviews, I wasn't expecting a place so large. It had several rooms and even an outdoor patio, and things were spread out enough so we felt like we had some privacy (unlike some bars where the tables are close enough that you feel like you are a part of someone else's table). The wine selection was impressive: they have a wide variety of selections from their own brand, along with a few other Texas wines. I especially enjoyed the port that was offered. They also have a few appetizers available. We ordered the cheese tray which had a nice variety of flavors.
Honestly, I can't think of anything this place doesn't have going for it. I'm sure we'll stop in again next time we're in town. -

I'll give it four stars for now; I didn't have any of their food. But if the food's good, I'd give it 5 for a wine bar. Very unpretentious, great patio, and decent prices. We paid $15 plus tax for a bottle of Rose (goes with summer nights, right?) and had very chillaxed evening on the patio. If it's too hot OR if you're in the mood for it, the inside is a bit upscale but definitely AC'd.
They've got a rather small selection of wines, but what they do have seems like good quality, and there's a speckle of Texas wines for local flavor and support. -

I was in town visiting friends when one suggested we go here. Wow, this place is awesome. The staff is super nice and really knowledgeable. We did two tastings. First the whites and then reds. Adam really knew how to take care of us and suggested great wines. We walked out with 3 bottles. I'm sad there isn't a place like this in Austin!

This is my new must go to place when I'm in Dallas. You can tell they're very thoughtful about their wine, the food they have on hand and the atmosphere.

Very enjoyable place to visit. I don't know much about wine, but I know good service when I receive it. I sat at the tasting counter and my counterpart and I shared 8 samples total (4 samples/$8). The server was knowledgeable about each selection with great detail. The atmosphere was nice & relaxing, although we did go on a Tuesday afternoon around 4pm. It's a good place to sit and talk with friends and enjoy a nice glass of wine.
The Gewurztraminer is a must try!

We called ahead on a Wednesday evening to check the status of open tables on the patio. We like to walk down with our dog. We were told there were 3 or 4 tables available and to come on down.
When we arrived 15 minutes later, the patio was full. I waited outside with the dog and my husband went in to see when one would open up. They staff inside, without request, pulled two indoor fully upholstered lounge chairs and a cocktail table and set them up in the grass area beside the patio. INCREDIBLE.
We enjoyed a bottle of wine and Neapolitan style pizza from the best seat in the house! -

A friend and I visited this place on PIZZA NIGHT! I'm not a big pizza fan, but one cannot help but salivate as you walk by the freshly baked pizza made right next to the entrance. The staff were all attentive and helpful, and full of suggestions. The food was amazing and the suggested sangria was perfect. The space is broken into rooms and alcoves, creating private and relaxing areas, conducive for indoor conversations and enjoying one's companions.
