Time for a treat! I was looking for a rose gold watch for myself. Only a few stores had these options, but Timeco at Metrotown was one of the only carriers of Marc by Marc Jacobs watches.
When I initially entered, no one seemed to notice or they didn't approve me, which I appreciate when I'm just browsing. Fortunately when I looked up for some help, someone was there to assist. I tried on the Henry Rose Gold Watch with Crystal detailing. Instantly I fell in love but I took my time with looking at it on my wrist in the store, which the salesperson didn't seem to mind at all. I asked about warranty, they said there was a 2 year international warranty for the watch by Marc Jacobs. As for Timeco, they offered a one year warranty just for battery replacement, which I doubt will die in one year but better than nothing.
Before ringing up my watch, I had the band sized. The salesperson said it was a final sale with no exchanges or refunds after the adjustment. Of course I had fallen head over heels for it so I knew I wouldn't be returning it, but for people who aren't as confident... please be aware of that!
With a few quick bangs and clangs with a wooden hammer, my watch was adjusted perfectly. My salesperson was careful to ensure I got back my extra watch band pieces, stamped my warranty booklet and I was off in a blissful cloud of rose gold timekeeping. I stopped in here today to have a watch band resized. I was originally told to come back in 15 minutes but wasn't feeling well so asked to come back the next day...so they did it for me right away!

Lots of selections... but staff is very rude... not very helpful... i was at the store today... and i asked to have them re-size my watch... first thing the sales person said was... did you buy the watch here? i said no... i bought the watch band at your Richmond location... then he said... do you have a receipt?... i was looking all over for it... and finally found it... and he was hesitate to help me.... well, if it's only a re-size... you can tell me how much it cost... and i will pay for the service... but his attitude wasn't great... i had a bad experience at the Richmond location, i went there twice... to change battery on my watches and the salesperson there... did not greet or smile... the girl behind the counter was worst... she was changing the battery... while she looked at her laptop... chatting with someone online.... very rude!... bad customer service!
