Time limo rocks! We ordered a couple limos for a group of us, and they showed up with massive SUVs!
Clean vehicles, tons of room, great light and sound, and there were tvs in the back already playing music videos when we hopped in. Everyone loved it, I will definitely book with these guys again :) -

Truly the worst limo company I have dealt with in 20 years. Upon arrival at the Vancouver airport, the driver told us that we would be taken to our hotel by another limo company. Not an obvious problem, but the other company had about 20 people in line and no limos to be seen. When I explained to a manager on the phone that the whole purpose of booking a limo was to avoid lines, the Time driver took us to our hotel. We also had a return trip scheduled. I started calling 90 min before the scheduled pickup time to confirm. Never got an answer or a return call to my voicemail. The limo never showed and we had to take a cab. If the positive reviews are real, others apparently got much better service than we did. Based on our experience, we must recommend that you NEVER consider Time limo.
THE SAGA CONTINUES. We contacted Time Limo to get a refund for the ride that did not show up. The manager, Paul, is clueless about customer service. With respect to the delay at the airport when we arrived, he argued that "we only delayed you 5 or 6 minutes," oblivious to the fact that people pay a premium for a limo to have 0 delay and do not expect to have to get on a phone with a manager to get a ride. When we said we tried to call them 3 times before the return trip, his response was that they had no record of the calls or voicemail. When I sent him the phone records to prove we may the calls, the story changed to "Oh, we were probably busy." His story now is that the driver was there on time and the doorman says we left 5 minutes early - despite phone record showing we were still calling only 3 minutes before the pickup time. Basically Paul is arguing every little point to make the whole thing the customer's fault. Buyer beware of Time Limo!
