Never had a problem with the service but I find they don't have the best baked selection as compaired to other Timmie's in the city, especially later in the evening they never seem to bake new stuff. Also I think they are one of the only Timmie's in the city with ice cream in via Cold Stone Creamery, which is not as good as Marble Slab but it still does the trick, although a little pricey.
