I'm a regular late night visitor of this Tim Hortons, and take full advantage of it's 24 hours of service.
I've found it to be a great place to get that cup of coffee to keep me going through an all nighter, or a good place to study once the buildings on campus shut down for the night.
It's quiet overnight, and typically the same during the day, but because it is so close to the highway, it can get very busy with 'through traffic' around meal time.
Hot Hint: If you go around 4 am (I know... pretty late), you might be able to snag some day old treats for free when they refill their shelves.Listed in: Night Moves
