They have good selection and prices that are hard to beat. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and willing to lend a helping hand. We went to so many tile places searching for a good deal and they were one of the best.
If you are buying tile from here make sure you have your measurements down and buy all the tile you need as they are a discount/clearance place and have most of their stock on the floor. Also check the tile you buy to make sure none are chipped or scratched. Ask questions like how does this particular tile wear and does it need to be treated (i.e. slate etc.) that adds extra cost.
They also have a good selection of tile trims. These can be ordered cheaper at a box store, but it is nice to see what you're getting and whether it fits with the tile you are purchasing.
