Pretty disappointing buffet.
On the plus side, there are enough non-meat items to fill up any vegan, vegetarian, or pescatarian. The servers are friendly and efficient. The space is large and seating comfortable. They offer smoking and nonsmoking areas... but there isn't really a proper separation so if the smell of smoke really bothers you be sure to ask for a seat as far as possible from the smoking section. The coffee is decent.
On the down side, the food is just blah. There are lots of stations but nothing really special offered and the items that are offered are more cafeteria quality then restaurant quality. We were there on a Wednesday evening for dinner service. The place was not full, but moderately patronized. This is why, IMO, there is no excuse for the food items being lukewarm to cool. Nothing that I took that I expected to be hot actually was. Warm at best. Most things sat out for a while. I'm not sure why they don't put smaller amounts of items out when they aren't so busy. Oh well.
I won't go there again by plan, although if I'm with others that want to go I won't pitch a fit either. It's a very mediocre buffet experience. Be warned. -

I LOVE this Buffet! It's located inside the Seneca Casino and the only place I will dine at from now on while playing here!
First off join the Players Club because you get a $2.00 discount of the buffet. Also because I came with a bus group we got a $10 meal voucher. So the buffet that normally cost $23 bucks on a Saturday night only ended up costing us $11, plus the price includes all non-alcholic beverages and tea/coffee so it was a total steal! You pay upfront and then you can pay extra for alcohol and leave your tips on the table.
Next make your reservations ASAP!! Dinner starts at 4pm but the lineup to get in started at like 3:30pm possibly earlier, so as soon as you get to the casino make your reservations, they will give you a receipt with your time, size of group, and confirmation number, hold onto to this to give the hostess when you return. We got reservations for 4pm which is the opening time for dinner service and came 15 mins early to find a lineup of people waiting to get in. If you don't make reservations be prepared to wait!!!
Service here was soo spectacular. Everyone from the chefs, waitresses, hostess, servers everyone was sooo friendly and kind. Our waitress was soo sweet and cheery cracking jokes, keeping our table clear and refilling our drinks.
They have a wide array of foods to choose from oooo boyyyyy! They have an expanded salad bar, condiment station, carving station featuring prime rib and turkey, (if you want your prime rib more well done they throw it on the the grill for you), hot steamed crab legs, homemade pierogies, pizza, fried chicken, beans, biscuits, corn bread, pasta, giant meatballs, soft serve ice cream, dessert bar, etc everything you could dream of! Plus everything was fresh, hot, and consistently refilled!
A definite must try if you are visiting the casino! Join the players club to receive the discount and make your reservations ASAP! -

WAs so hungry that we decided to hit this buffet in seneca casino. Moderate line for 630pm saturday dinner. $25.00/person without the player's card. Saturday is primerib and shrimp night. packs quite a crowd when you are inside the restaurant.
Food quality and selection is not outstanding. Its just regular choices like the ones you see in country buffet. So with that being said. IT is quite pricey.
sections are salad, chinese, italian, american and desserts. -

If you are looking to stuff yourself sick with overcooked, highly processed canned foods - this place is for you! Food was boiling on steam tables, carving stations were serving up ridiculous chunks of meat that could not be cut with table knives, pasta was dried out from sitting out so long, crab legs were cold and rubbery served with useless plastic crackers. Deserts consisted of canned fruit gel scooped into pie shells, ice cream machine not working and creme brule tourch broken so they served custard with sugar spinkled on top but not caramelized. Also, not very clean.
Casino buffets usually offer good enough to good food at a reasonable price and wide variety. I guess since there is no competition with any other casino in the area the Seneca does not even see the need to try. -

We went to this buffet today. It is in the Seneca Casino. Cause the great Aladdin buffet in Vegas gave me great memories, the long line waiting outside this buffet, the 45 minutes waiting to get in, and $23 dollars per person for dinner($2 cheaper than Aladdin buffet for using their club card), all of these made me expect too much for this buffet.
Then after I checked out the whole buffet, and ate there, big disappointment. This buffet sucks for the price. If the full points are 10, I will give Vegas one 8.5, this one, I just gave 3. Why?
Here is why. The buffet area looks big, but the varieties of food are so poor. Cocktail shrimps were those 51-60 counts per pound small ones. Yeah, cold crab legs are so small. The Vegas one, we got King crab leg to eat. Well, maybe I should not compare it with the Vegas one, cause Vegas has the best buffets in the world. So I will say, if you have ever been to those chain buffets such as Old country buffet, this buffet except has good prime rib, other things are as same quality as those cheap family buffets. But a lot more expensive. Most of the food there are junk fried food, salad bar is really bad, a little bit stuff there.
The desserts here are horrible! Very poor representation, image loose apple pies on the plate. No fancy dessert at all, all those cheap pies and cakes. Look like those desserts in those 10 dollar buffets. And none of them tasted good. JUNK! The soft serve ice cream I didn't give a try, cause the ice cream was so icing and running looking, yuck!
This buffet is totally off my future visiting list. I'd rather eat subway instead.
Funny thing is my husband said it was not bad at first. Why? Cause he thought it was $10 per person(he saw the kids' price, and he thought it was the price). After he knew it was $23, he said it sucked the big time. Don't go there, not worth your money, and your time, just pay half price to eat at your local family buffets, probably tastes even better. -

TERRIBLE!!!!!! This place sucks. Horribly disappointing. They built this beautiful hotel and casino and then they have this joke inside of it. The food is terrible. I have lived in Niagara Falls for eighteen years and I have had the pleasure of dining at many of the local eateries but this was terrible. $22.00 a person for garbage. Asked the server why I was paying $22.00 for mashed potatoes that came out of a box and she said they didn't. I showed her that they still had flakes in them from being undercooked and not mixed properly. She shrugged and walked away. The cocktail shrimp were smaller than my pinky and the cocktail sauce was anything but tasty. The prime rib was terrible. I would have had better luck taking off my leather shoe and knawing on it. The prime rib was so tough I though my knife was gonna break. That wasn't even the fun part!!!!! I got violently sick later that evening and through the next morning. WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!!!!!
