I have been working with Thomas for most of a decade now and I cannot sing his praises enough. In life there are coaches, and then there are people who are born to help guide others,...Thomas Kevin Dolan is a very very gifted guide.
It is my opinion that everyone needs a coach, and if Thomas has time to take you on as a new client then consider it a blessing, as your life will never be the same again. -

+ Thomas' best qualities as a coach: compassion, clarity and inspiration.
+ Compassion: Thomas listens well and provides timely insight and guidance without judgement, which enabled me to feel safe to open up.
+ Inspiration: Thomas is never preachy. He shared his own stories and experiences and examples of how he handled his own shadows, which in turn provided inspiration to me on how I can work through life's struggles.
+ Clarity: Thomas is able to bring clarity to the conversion. Not only is he clear in his words, Thomas was able to ask insightful questions at the right moments to shed light on the subject at hand and bring clarity to my own thought process.
+ Thomas offers his services over the phone so you can take advantage of his coaching and help no matter where you are in the world. With Skype, there is no telephone cost. I am 3 time zones away from Thomas and can still benefit from his wisdom.
+ Thomas is affiliated with The Ford Institute, which offers several programs, each with multiple hour-long sessions spanning multiple weeks . This provides a systematic way for me to work on myself in a structured environment and be able to check in every week to ensure progress and that I stay on course.
+ Another nice treat is Thomas' Facebook updates and blog posts, which are in turn touching, inspirational and insightful, and always a great reminder of looking at life with a fresh perspective and in a positive light. -

Thomas is about safety, about you being you own boss and about asking the right questions to help you uncover the root of your struggles to get the life you want. He is committed wherever he is in the world and makes arrangements to meet with you as scheduled. He cares deeply for your success and can detect when you're speaking from your head.

As we all could use unconditional support and learning through life and challenges, Thomas is the source of unique and gifted coaching talents. I was in the process of physical, emotional and divorce challenges, heading into a deep well. A much needed present appeared when Thomas choose to gift his coaching and light, with which he is blessed, through a friend/client and I was the most fortunate to receive his coaching, inspiration, gentle support and light. Thomas is deeply compassionate, supported me with learning and perspective so I knew more about myself and most important responsibility, some of the best gifts possible. The result is moving into deep appreciation, love, action and joy in my life.
Though Thomas' inspiration, Blue Print coaching, his unlimited natural capabilities, my life has been transformed. Give yourself the gift of Thomas....don't wait!
