This is one of the best Pho restaurants I've been to. Although better known to me as "Got Pho?". Their menu consists of your basic Vietnamese fare but also includes some variety. The restaurant has recently been renovated and looks a little better. My three basic requirements for a good review, as below:
Food: good portions, fresh, fast and delicious. In terms of Vietnamese food, this means no soggy spring rolls, no chewy salad roll with suspicious looking pork/shrimp, no oily soup base, and fresh beef and veggies
Service: polite servers and pays attention to you when you need something right aways, not a decade later.
Price: reasonable, a little bit more expensive than your average dingy pho place, but worth it for clean utensils and table.
Bonus for me, they have a vegetarian section of all your common Vietnamese dishes. They have a Buddha's Feast noodle bowl which comes with vegetable broth instead of beef broth!
Love this place.
