In a previous incarnation I was an aspiring actor. I slowly shifted to disillusioned and then finally settled on former. I may no longer consider my self an actor (my parents and girlfriend actually sleep better) but I still do have an appreciation for the craft and still like to see what is going on the wide thespian world. This lead me to Theatrics Plus, a place that claims to be for all your theatrical needs. I was not impressed; I have no issue with costume shops, they serve their purpose (once a year right around the end of October), but dressing up is not acting (necessarily). This store really should change it's name because I'm sure it keeps away costume buyers and disappoints actors. However if you judge the store as a costume shop it's pretty good. They have a selection that seems to be updated (they had a Master Chief from Halo 3) and so is a good place to go before Halloween, but it's not a place to go to get your stage make up before that big break.
