I came here to redeem the livingsocial deal. The deal was $94 for 30 bottles of wine; it was a great value. The owner was very pleasant (and possibly slightly tipsy) throughout all of our interactions. She really wanted to make sure I got exactly what I wanted (both in terms of the type of wine and with the label).
Making the wine was quite fun. There were several nifty wine bottling tools. I liked sucking the wine out of the vat and adding it to each bottle. There were also crackers provided during the bottling.
The best part of the process came a little later: drinking the wine. It was surprisingly good for what was a $3 bottle of wine. As the wine aged it got even better. I'm looking forward to tasting it in a few more months.
The experience of making the wine and the decent end result are probably even worth paying full price.
