OK, first off I love this hotel.  Love it.

I guess there may be finer hotels in the area.  There may even be as good a views from those hotels.  But I seriously wonder, and even then I doubt it for anything close to the price you pay for this hotel.  As for me, if nothing changes in this hotel's management, any future visit to Niagara Falls from me will include a stay here.

As others have noted, this is actually quite a small hotel.  Yes, it's perched atop a tower like a big, multi-sided glass & steel egg.  Every room appears to have floor to ceiling window walls affording you a view of something -- the town or some area of the falls.  I reserved a falls view room, and I was certainly not disappointed.  Upon entering my room I was immediately confronted by a full front & center view of Horseshoe Falls.  I literally couldn't believe my eyes at my view as I just stood there and gawked out my window.  It was simply fantastic.  The room itself was nicely appointed in a rather modern style.  Nice bath, good room to spread out, flat-panel TV...but really, who wants to watch TV with that view right outside?  I'd actually come back to my room after a full day of exploring and sit by my window with wine and cookies or some other culinary delight and watch the sun set across the falls spread out before me.  So relaxing and beautiful.

I never heard a peep from the rooms around me -- a rarity these days when modern construction leaves you with paper thin walls, even in the best of hotels.  Service was good, desk personnel nice, check-in/out easy as pie.  The hotel is in a great location, an easy walk to restaurants, and of course, right at Horseshoe Falls.  I'll definitely be back, it's just a matter of when.

We booked this place after reading the reviews on here and it seemed to fit what we wanted. We were looking for a view and a cheaper hotel that provided it. The view from our room was amazing, no complaints on that end. The only reason I can't give it 5 stars was because it was a little inconvenient of a design. I knew going in the rooms were small and awkward, because it was a boutique style.

However, I didn't expect to have to hold the toilet seat up with one hand when I used it. The toilet was angled against a wall that prevented the seat from staying up, and when you're a guy., it makes things difficult. Also, the bathroom has no fan in the bathroom, and when your room is that small, when you take a shower everything steams up, including the window with the view. I'm no building inspector or anything but that has to be leading to mold issues. The shower also had no shelves to hold soap, shampoo, etc. This made showing awkward because everything had to be at your feet.

You pretty much need to maneuver every time you open a door because its pretty cramped. Also, there was no ironing board. I thought this was standard in all hotels and was shocked to find out I didn't have one when we got there.

I liked this hotel and the staff was very nice. The valet situation is kind of awkward as they park your car 2 blocks away. There is really no parking area and you have to leave your car for them in a narrow parking lane in front of the doors. Parking was cheaper than I thought to, and came in somewhere between $15-18 a day.

Overall we had a great time and the hotel helped to make the stay better. I would give 5 stars, but when I think if I would recommend this place to anyone I know, I don't know if I would because of the small awkward rooms. If you can see pass this, definitely stay here.

For the price and view gotta give it 5 stars.  This is a unique small hotel.  The hotel is pretty much the top of the tower.  We got a Fallsview room which was facing the American falls and a little view of the Horseshoe Falls.  It's only a ride down and your actually at the Horseshoe Falls.  The rooms are pretty small, but if you get a Fallsview room, it makes up for it.

If you're looking for a unique, retro Niagara glamor vibe this may be your only option in town. The Tower isn't new but the rooms are delightful. You have to have a Falls view room -- you're 27-30 floors up and the view is staggering.

Two things to keep in mind: the rooms are small and we had issues with wifi in the rooms (lobby was fine).

It was only after seeing the other chain hotels in the area that we understood how lucky we were. Boutique hotel lovers will feel at home: personable staff, thoughtful details, great beds, little upgrades, valet, etc.

So after hours of searching on Expedia, this i what i decided on. This hotel looked cool, and had great views and was cheap and included breakfast. It used to be called the Ramada hotel konika whatever but i guess it has changed. fist off the staff were great and were so helpful about giving tips about where to go. anyway.. on to the good part.. you ride up this elevator for like 30 floors of absolutely nothing. The hotel itself only has about 10 floors which is in the top of the tower or what I referred to as the ice cream cone. Don't ask. So one floor is dedicated to their restaurant which i never got around to try. Another floor is just the observation floor and basically you just go on it, walk around and look out the window. There was some thunder one night and it looked sooo amazing from there. The you get to your room, which is a nice size room with full on windows everywhere so you have the perfect view when you look out. Down side... SPIDERS!!!!!!!!! yes there is gigantic SPIDERS outside the windows and you feel like they might come in and get you. I am sure its hard to find some poor person to go and clean the windows cause its high up there. Anyway.. the breakfast was OK.. nothing fancy. Just mainly bagels and juice but hey, it was free. So i highly suggest this place and if I ever go back, that's where I am staying, plus all the rides are less than a block away.
