This location was not open at 8:30 am on a Saturday, cRazy. We had to head to a different SBux. On our trip we did stop in here for some fraps... The drinks we ok nothing to right home about. The place was not very busy either I should have taken a cue. Plus it is expense holy moly talk about price gouging

Starbucks HQ should visit this location. Sooo incompetent. The baristas (you don't call them staff hmpf) were chatting to each other despite of the long line. And when called, they seemed unhappy to serve you.
Laughed at a tourist that asked for ice because her coffee was too hot.
I am a Starbucks person and spends hundreds on stores but this location is just so disappointing. You won't expect it since it's on the ground floor of Sheraton - a decent hotel.Listed in: Over a Cup Of Coffee

You can use your Gold Card or registered Starbucks card here and get your points. It's an independently owned store and doesn't have to accept the cards (the other nearby Starbucks do not) but they do here as a courtesy. You won't get your discounts and extras associated with using a registered card but I really only care about the points.
This is not a drive-up location, the road next to it goes to a hotel. But if your driving by on Fallsview you can just hop out at the light right there and get picked up again.
There is something squeaky clean about this location I don't know what it is. The bathroom is kept spotless as well. There's plenty of seating inside and out. The baristas are friendly, courteous and helpful.
The only reason I don't give it 5 stars is the prices. They are exorbitant by US and Canadian standards. If you're accustomed to US prices be prepared to pay anywhere from $1.50, $2 to even $3 more per coffee, tea, or drink. The barista explained that the prices at various Starbucks get lower the further away you get from the Falls and I found that to be true. -

The following is to be read in a sarcastic voice:
Thanks Starbucks for NOT having your "short" size available at this location and for running out of soy milk.
You forced me to purchase a larger size of my favorite Starbucks drink gone wrong! YUCK it was gross!
