Just had the MOST amazing facial with Michelle. I am lucky enough to have had facials all over the world and Michelle is at the top of her industry. My skin looks better than ever. From the ambience in the waiting area and facial room, to the knowledge and recommendations Michelle gave, I am a client for life. Do yourself a favor and schedule a facial with Michelle at The Spa at The Sporting Club.

For facial spa, this is really good. I felt so relaxed that I slept through the process. The place is very neat and with relaxing environment and sound.
For body massage, I had pain after the session, my back and spine was hurt. So I will not have a massage here from the same lady that gave me the massage. I'll think about it.

My first spa day ever was this past Saturday at the Spa at the Sporting Club... Absolutely worth it! Susie, my massage therapist was amazing! The facilities are clean and the staff is SO helpful! The massage therapist saw the robe I was given and immediately went to get me a new robe. The orange water they served was delish! Definitely a good spot for a relaxing few hours!

This recommendation is for a facial and body scrub ONLY! I went in for a spa package my boyfriend bought me for my birthday which included a facial, body scrub, and massage, each an hour long. I had my body scrub and facial performed by Keri C. She was AMAZING! She provided such a calming and comfortable environment and was so attentive and accommodating to all of my needs as a customer. You can tell she really loves what she does which makes the experience that much better. You really get a sense that she is well educated about the treatments and skin all together. The massage I received from the massage therapist was decent (can't remember her name at the moment). Next time I'm feeling in the mood to be pampered, I am definitely going back to Keri!

I enjoy going here because you can work out, enjoy the pool, and the treatments are great. The work out / gym facilities at the Sporting Club are amazing and never feels crowded as there are three floors of machines, free weights, yoga mats and Pilates machines. There's also a juice bar where you can get fresh smoothies, a light salad or snack. The therapists are pretty good and in between treatments you can use the sauna, jacuzzi, etc (those amenities are average) including the Hyatt's pool which is very nice. On the gym alone I'd rate this place 5 stars. However, I don't love the setup of the locker room. There's no iced water, tea, or fruit like you'd usually look for in a spa. The masseuses I've had were great but hearing talking in the hallways or the elevator motor occasionally dampens the experience. Today I went and discovered they booked my massage for the wrong date so they called the masseuse to come in at the last minute. I had to wait and I felt bad for the masseuse (Phyllis). I just wanted a bottle of water or fruit juice and the desk clerk referred me to the juice bar, but as soon as I got there I found it was closed. Then I was referred to the snack bar at the pool but it was also closed and there was no wait staff. I guess this is a sign of the down economy but I was still disappointed especially since the staff didn't even know and gave me the wrong information. I always pick this spa if I want to work out before a massage. Otherwise for the full spa experience there are better venues. If you do go here for massage I recommend Phyllis or Joannie.
