I have not had good experiences with this salon. The stylist I used to see (she says she's the "owner", although I have seen other information with a man's name listed as the owner) was overpriced. Every time I went, the price would get higher and higher, for the same services! She says they want to be the "best", but I think she got greedy. She also gossips about her clients. I have been sitting in the chair listening to her tell me personal details of other client's lives, and wondering what she said about me when I was not there! I also had a very bad experience with my hair, and when I went back, upset, she actually charged me to fix it. That was the last time I went to that salon. They have trouble keeping staff; only this "owner" and another work there regularly (the other stylist, Amanda, is actually quite good). I guess that is why she has to overcharge, to cover what the salon is not bringing in. Overall, I would NOT recommend this salon. Also, beware of her extensions.
