The Scroll Shop offers quality cards and stationary, along with custom invitations services for special events like weddings and baby showers. You know you're getting good quality as soon as you step into the shop. It's clean and classic, with a strong Victorian feel to it. They have quality handmade papers, original cards, notebooks, stationary sets and old-fashioned ink pens and bottles here. I even saw a Marilyn Monroe 1000 piece puzzle -- a little out of place, but still pretty cool.
There's a separate wedding room where they display all their originally-designed invitations for weddings, anniversaries, and the like. Along with sample invitations, menus, and programs, they have various supplies like placeholders, albums, guest-books, and organizers. Their style is timeless and elegant, but they will sit with you to create a custom fit as well.
It's quite pricey here, so if you care about cost, maybe this isn't your place. The Scroll Shop is located in the same building as Pure Bridal in the downtown warehouse district. So if you're getting hitched or are helping someone who is, it's a convenient place to get the dress and invitations in one afternoon.
