Fantastic end-to-end trip providers! Chris at the head office is always responsive, knowledgeable, and friendly. The country staff are wonderful as well. We went to Rwanda this past January for a gorilla trek and the trip was seamless from the second we landed in Kigali to the time we took off again for Nairobi.
Our guide during the trip was great and took care of all of our needs - even going above and beyond and taking us out on the town one night! The land cruiser that you tour in is super comfortable and the hotels and lodges (although not the Ritz Carlton) are clean and comfortable. I'd recommend the Safari Partners to anyone. Overall great value for your money!
