Very displeased with service. Bought a feeder bowl after the sales person said it would be fine for my tokay gecko. Anyways, even though the reciept said 7 days exchange or store credit, both employees at the time said they would not do it. After I showed the reciept with the proof, saying exchanges or credit within 7 days, the two employees claimed they did not know how to honour the policy and that I would have to come back 4 days later when the manager is in. By then my reciept will have expired. Furthermore, it was bad that I drove from oakville to exchange something and be told I couldn't, even though the reciept showed proof.
